There is no proof behind this aasumption and it is not possible to be proved too. Stil if this is really true than it is indeed a huge amount and I am eager to see how the price changes with so much investment.
I think it’s a risky decision. Because if i invest large amount of money in a particular ico then if it fails then it might be very painful for me. That’s why i invest maximum $1000 in a particular ICO.
I will never do my investment in ICO as you know it is risk. If I do trust anything that is only bitcoin. It has very good potential to invest.

basically this information is quite interesting for me because if it happen then its great but I guess this viral news based on this softcap is enough for one project but this is too many may be developer will earn more also it may encourage people to invest more .
Some investments are done by someone in the team or has close links to them. Also, by getting these early investors it gives others confidence to put their money into it as well. I wouldn't risk that much, even in the telegram ICO but for some $10m may not be much money to risk!
I don't know whether it's a scam or not. But, i think that's a huge amount to invest and risky as well. Probably he follows the "No risk, No gain" theory.

That can't be trusted until there is an evidence to be shown to the public investors. There is a lot of projects are manipulating its crowdsale or contribution. I'm not 100% believe about that and probably lower than 35%

This is one of the most greedy campaign i have ever seen, i hope it does turn into scam ICO damn people will suffer....
i believe soft cap is enough to kickstart the project so why raising such a huge hard cap with huge difference.
For me since their are so many good ICO's 500 dollar maximum for each or any ICO.
For the project a soft cap is enough. The rest of the money is needed by developers for purchase of Porsche)))

That's very wonderful . A project that has attracted more than $ 10 million from investors, showing that the project has a clear roadmap and that the project's objectives are attractive and applicable to the real world.
I think it might be fake. That coin's website looks extremely fishy. I should be a real daredevil to invest so much into this. Moreover when you have so much money you can afford buy tokens for even cheaper during private sales.

I always make decent moves when it comes to the investment of ICO. I will spend max to max 500 bucks on single ICO if that project is fair enough. If I think there are some ambiguity in them then I will spend just couple of 100’s on them.
