i never saw an emulator for iOS because it's not an open source OS so it's impossible to make an emulator of it

Have you tried iPadian iPhone Emulator or Air iPhone Emulator? I personally haven't tried them at all, but I heard that they are really good emulators, worth checking out.
You can more info here: https://www.dreamytricks.com/ios-emulator-windows-run-ios-apps/ or directly on home page of both projects. Good luck.
do they give access to the app store or how can i get the app itself?
I don't know if these emulators works, but if they are jailbroken you can just download the .ipa from a trusted website
No ios app work if it is not downloaded from their store.unless you root your iphone.
And there is no such ios emulator in the market and if they will be in future it will cost you alot.they are just malware so avoid it.

Yes Definately you will find a lots of malware/virus and stuff when looking for iOS emulator. And for that i will suggest you to check some online emulators. Several benefits you can get from it, first of all you will get it free and it won't take your time that usually an offline emulator takes. Simple and easy to explore. However some of them are paid too but you can get trial as well. The one that i tried was Appetize.io After looking to this link https://youprogrammer.com/best-iphone-ios-emulator-for-windows-pc/ and Appetize.io lets you select the kind of iOS version to play online and much other stuffs. You can search other online emulators on google it will give you some probably. Good luck to u

Apple is rather fond of their devices, and don't want them emulated.
While there are Ios simulators available, I do not believe there are any true emulators.

The difference being, simulators provide an experience that looks kinda like an ios device, while an emulator actually recreates the functionality of the device. (Simulators are pretty and worthless, emulators run apps built for said device).

Just my two cents.

You can stop to waste your time an engery to find something like this there may be a few emulators out on the net but you will never find any 100% working one, mostly of them are pure fake or  just behind some paid link or other bullshit.

I know what i am talking about i did searched for the same a few weeks ago and i tried all of them.

It's what I said, but if the app that the OP want is also available for Android, he can just download an Android emulator such as Andy or Nox and download the app from Play Store
its not, i have an android phone so i would just download the app there

Have you tried http://www.xpadian.com/

I haven't but my friend who built an iOS app and wanted to test it on a windows machine said their service works good.
You just need to install it and you are ready to go and simulate apps on your windows machine.

Seems a good app but why is it market as a Trojan?
I ran a virustotal scan and the results are not good: https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/2a39f6c843355bdd5590c4f5d917c5fb5fda70e504eb984bcf2661cdf1f9fb19/analysis/1469306447/
Anyone tested this?
