I created my IOTA Wallet on Windows 2 times and it asks me for a "Seed" which I have never made on other instructions it shows a dropdown "Generate Seed" am I missing something?
You need to create it on your own. A seed consists of 81 characters, only A-Z and 9 allowed. Make sure to back it up and never share it with anybody.

Is there a tangle explorer i can use to see all the transactions in iota?

It is a bit more difficult to read than a blockchain explorer though (or maybe it's because i'm not so familiar with it yet)

Wish I can help you bro. I bought some back in August, signed in last month on original seed after updating wallet and it was at 0. Trying to get to slack but it's saying invite is expired. So came here looking desperately for help on getting my IOTA back!!! Pissing me off. Apparently if you bought after August 9, you have nothing to worry about. Doesn't seem that way!
Amazing, today the price increase reaches more than 50%, it looks like the price of $ 5 can be achieved in this year.

Now that I realize that I might have used the same address for two transfers and that I shouldn't have had to "reclaim" at all but that my funds were confiscated, how do I go about getting them back?

I bought some back in august. Logged in in November and my wallet didn't work. Upgraded it was zero. Tried the reclaim process, it is getting very annoying. I have my original seed and my 2 new that I have tried. I have attached and reattached over an over. Was only able to grab 7.5 Mi. But I am still missing about 130Mi. I can find them on the tangle but I can not retrieve them. I have went to multiple websites to follow instructions, i'm not stupid, but this is driving me nuts. Any help?

don´t know where IOTA rate itself could be in 2025, but u know that several sources expect total IoT market caps between 5 and 20 trillion $ until 2025? So no one should underestimate IOTA now. Buy low or cry high!
