Most of my new addresses are pending , total of 50 new generated addresses. Is your balance still zero?
Will smart contracts and oracles work with IOTA tangle or it is separate project???
I was wondering the same questions and did some research. There is little information. It probably will be shown end of May/ beginning of June when Qubic is going to be presented. I guess it will be a feature on the tangle. So it will be part of IOTAs core software.

Can anyone explain why my Iota Light Wallet 2.5.4 is at zero balance after purchasing iota December 2017?
Update client to version 2.5.7 and generate a couple of addresses. This should fix your problem and show up balance again. This was covered in the previous posts here already.
which is the best iota wallet? I thought that the exchange was safe but I learnt it isn’t
It should not be too long before IOTA is supported by the Ledger Nano S, it will be the most secure solution to store your IOTA in my opinion.
I don't like the IOTA desktop wallet very much. Once IOTA is aviable for Ledger, the first thing I do is moving all my IOTAs to the ledgerwallet, IMHO it is the securesd way at the moment to store BTC and ETH/ERC20. Is there already an ETA for IOTA Support for ledger?

Try to generate some more transactions. Sometimes it needs a little bit longer to show up. I think it depends on the amount of transactions you had before the snapshot.

I read a article that I might have to regenerate address over 150 times to see balance, lots of them are pending and I’ll wait till they process and hopefully I still have my few thousand iotas in my wallet.
I wanted to send a transaction. I also have one pending transaction which was not confirmed yet although I rebroadcasted and promoted twice.

Try to confirm the pending outgoing transaction. Reattach, promote, wait 15 mins, and repeat. You can use this tool if you don't want to do it via wallet: http://pro.iota.fm/.I got this message:

Next time better use https://field.carriota.com:443 as node, it will perform these things automatically for you.

IOTA wallet freezes when adding new addresses... [bug?]
I am trying to recover my balance from zero -- I have 2 seeds, one old and one new.
Latest wallet used.
I don't know how people get these errors and can not get their balance after the snapshot. I never had a problem and i am so so tech minded. I just follow the rules including a rule i made my self as follows
When a new snap shop is announced i transfer all my iotas to a new wallet with a single address and after the snap shot I get the balance with one click.
I strongly believe the iota team is on the wight track technically and legally.
Same here. I always wonder how people get all the problems. I have been using IOTA since more than 2 years now and I have never had any problem nor have I lost a single iota.
By the way, are there some technical information about how many cores IOTA wallet uses to generate address or send transaction?
