That tool is a scam.
Do you have any proof or reference for this claim or is this just your personal opinion?Even if there was a tool to bypass you wouldn't be able to use the phone to make any actual phone calls because the activation would of been invalid.
What are you talking about? The tool imitates the Apple servers and lets you deactivate the"locate my iphone"̀-feature. Then you can reset it to factory settings. Activation is then a different topic..

You can only deactive the feature if its NOT listed as lost/stolen, only can deactivate if the previous owner forgot to sign out. Either way price is $150-$200 so only worth if it you bought an iphone 6 and the owner forgot to sign out.
