Is it correct that IPO shares will trade at .003 and company doesn't take profits until .0035 are paid back? Or is it a typo

That is in fact correct.

I'm having a hard time following how this stretches across the various exchanges.

I only have a BTCT account at the moment. Can I monitor NEOBEE shares through BTCT?

It might be a bit clearer when we release the prospectus info for the PTs, likely tomorrow. You will not have to leave BTCT to buy shares of the IPVO.

That's fantastic.

I'd love to be able to buy/sell NEOBEE shares on BTCT.

So, you plan to sell 500,000 Shares @ 0.0025 so 1250 BTC worth of XBOND 0.001 facial Value.

The market cap of XBOND is now 2302 BTC (https://www.havelockinvestments.com/order.php?symbol=XBOND).

I checked the market orderbook there are approx. 30BTC of XBOND to be bought under .0012 (with 35BTC) and then, what happend for the 1220 BTC XBOND equivalent to be bought ?

So you're telling me that I will have to put my money into this first ? This is similar if someone ask to be paid more than $500,000,000 of BTC overnight this would totaly screw the market.

Did I miss something ?

The 500,000 shares @ .0025 is the xbond early bird special.  The rest of the public ipo shares won't receive any benefit from xbond redemption and will be purchasable on Bitfunder @ .003 per share (and later simultaneously the passthroughs on other exchanges).  I believe.

Fixed!

TaT would I have to buy 1 xbond to be able to buy 1 pre-IPVO share, or will 1 xbond enable me to buy as many pre-ipvo shares as I can afford?

The XBONDs are valued at their face value. The conversion would be 2:5, NEOBEEs for XBONDs.

Would I have to redeem 5 xbond per 2 pre-IPVO neobee shares?

Affirmative.

Right, sorry I worded that incorrectly.  Would I have to redeem 5 xbond per 2 pre-IPVO neobee shares?  Or can I just buy 1 xbond and you'll let me buy as many pre-ipvo neobee shares as I can afford?

Edit:
Also no fees on PT?

The XBONDs are valued at their face value. The conversion would be 5:2, XBONDs for NEOBEEs.

Please note that we are managing the entire IPVO, including the BitFunder security and the approved passthroughs. This made the most sense considering our position with LMB Holdings and all of the coordination involved. The passthroughs on any other exchange will not pay dividends any differently than the underlying asset.

There won't be any fee for PT?

And given that 0.0025*1.2 = 0.003 it makes sense to buy XBOND at up to 0.0012 per share.

It's funny the manner in which you see us:

Someone bought into my sell offer of 19% over face value (i.e : 0.00119).
I put it up only in case some was really stupid enough, you never know.
Come on. It's a YEAR of XBOND dividends, and you have to hope they aren't recalled.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/havelock-xbond-265287

Of course it's fishy because I'll have to put my money in a risky asset (first) which will be overvaluated (>0.01) then exchange it at loss at facial value (0.01) to have shares.

Bitcoin is designed to be a genius medium/way to improve access to the finance/stock market. And I can see that it's not used in a good way by putting some fishy tricky extra efforts.

The inaccurate assumption you are making is that you must to do any of those things. XBOND holders did assume risks, and they do receive daily interest for holding that risk. They also receive rights to Pre-IPVO offerings as part of this indenture. As an investment company we work to put our capital to work and provide opportunities to the marketplace. At no point is anyone forced to participate.

The danger pankkake speaks of is in light of the fact that these bonds are able to be recalled at 105% of face value, making it an even higher risk to pay more, should we ever choose to, or be required to call them back before that buyer has realized an effective profit.

I can tell you there will be no callbacks between now and the IPVO of the NEOBEE securities.

Most interesting IPO since ASICMINER.

It looks interesting, but I'm torn by the decision of using BitFunder. I'm not sure it's worth the risk of using that terrible platform.

That TAT XBOND (and you assume that everybody knows what are these obscurs bonds) is really fishy
I don't like that neither. Why all the extra work?

What is the fee for TAT.NEOBEE?

I would prefer you would create the BTCTC asset yourself.
