I think $ 10k is too small if your target is millions of dollars, you are not trading and just hold. there are some new coins that can make it happen if you can choose it and know the potential before the price rises to high
With $10k I think it's possible. But I think it will take longer this time, maybe like few years (not guaranteed though) due to the prices.
I think, the best is to invest most of your money in a famous altcoins with a good, solid, and steady gain like ethereum. Then you can invest some of your money to ICOs too, if you find a good project that is. There are lots of 'sleeping giants' altcoins right now. We're just can't see through it. I hope you can get your million dollars!

Possible, if you bought ethereum 1 year ago with your 10k usd. Now you would have 600k USD. Very close to become a millioneire

look at the history of the stock exchange and you will see that theoretically this is possible, but what will happen in reality is that no one will answer you for sure
Everything depends on the starting capital and the correct choice of the coin. And one million dollars is a very real figure. The hardest thing in my opinion is the choice of a coin.
A beginner earn $ 1 million is a fantasy. Need experience, large investments. With $ 1000 or even $ 10,000 make a million is not possible.

Agree. One Million dollar is not impossible in cryptocurrency but there is a condition, and that is to learn to wait and never panic after choosing the good project for investment. Invest in some good (speculative) altcoins.
The rest I would try to get profit from trading...even if microtrading (getting 5 / 10% on each trade).

I even know a couple of those making their 100k USDs 1 million in 1-2 year. Yes, it is possible.

Yes, it is possible if you can hold coins with great potential and patience not to panic sell. 1M is possible.
The present society offers a highly dynamic and unpredictable market of crypto currency where nothing is impossible. However, technically the real way of achieving that kind of a value with the initial start of the coins, is to start the business at the very initial stage. I would suggest that it would be even better if you can predict the rise of the current altcoin and obtain it when it is still in ICO phase as a token. To predict with absolute perfection is a very difficult choice. All the traders who invested at the very initial stage has to be very optimistic. They need to depend completely on the belief that the price of the coin to rise to that level as predicted. Most of them are being guided by the rise of Ethereum and are hoping that the coin they are holding will rise too. Finally, the success to reach the million dollar mark would be possible primarily if we are lucky to obtain the real coin from the very start and be able to deliver a prediction with minimum variation to the actual price.

Possibly its a yes but do not expect too much that you will gradually gain that much by just simply holding your assets nowadays. Unless you have already bought those when they are just newly established way back 2009 because if you did, the large difference between the recent and the current price is observable meaning your holding might really cost that much nowadays. But you must also do some ways to make your holdings grow more and that was by investment and there are other lots of ways to do so. A beginner earn $ 1 million is a fantasy.
