We've told you multiple times the reasoning behind us not granting your bonus.
the reason you provide to me was you told me i own multiple accounts , the fact is not and you insist accusing me.
i ask them to provide a valid proof then they can not do it. what a bad accusing.
i don't believe you have paid out thousands dollar to people who succeed unlocked the no deposit bonus, until i feel that experience i have unlocked the $25 no deposit bonus until reached $240 ( 0.6 bitcoin ) and you just lock my account because some no sense reason and force accused to me.

in my case your staff can not provide a valid proof to me, they just throw rude words to my face and i don't know what they talking about, the point i can get from their rude words is " i reached the rollover and in the end they lock my account" what a wasting time. if i know from the beginning my account was locked can not withdraw, i will never play that game to chase the rollever it's just wasting my time arghhh....
