Personally I do not believe that bitcoin is a bubble, because it is a real fact that its technology is sufficiently strong, reliable and stable to efficiently carry out the processes for which it was created, and I am convinced that it still has the potential to meet the high expectations that its developers and users have regarding the future of bitcoin.

However, perhaps bitcoin as an investment instrument is generating many doubts among those who thought to get rich easily with bitcoin, and this is understandable because in reality bitcoin was never conceived to fulfill that expectation, because the same speculators have been the ones who were in charge of making bitcoin a hostage of the market.

I think this bitcoin price condition is not like a bubble if you say it is like a bubble so it is not suitable, this bitcoin price integration has movement characteristics that resemble waves, waves sometimes recede and sometimes rise and that is the same as bitcoin price movements that sometimes rise and fall.
Many people think that bitcoin is bubble because of the current situation and to somehow they are right to think in such a way because they have invested for earning more and more money but they have stuck and now they are not finding a way what to do. If they sell their holding they will lose their money if they hold their money will be stuck in the market.

Bitcoin, especially in such its current state, can not cost even 7000 dollars. This is clearly a bubble, but it should still decently rise in its price several times and then fall due to the panic that has arisen until it is established at the level of other crypto-currencies.

Hello community,

I have heard some reports that 'someone' has put $1 million on Bitcoin being $50,000 before the end of 2018 and other conflicting reports that Bitcoin is a bubble that is going to burst. I understand this is very much a time will tell kind of question and some may argue that the press has said bitcoin is  going to burst/fail since it came out but look at it now... and I understand there may be at least a chance it could be worth $1 million in the future.

What I am asking is what are the big Bitcoin holders thoughts on this are they bailing or are they holding for the long hall, if they are holding can 'The Bitcoin Bubble' really still burst?

I have most of my eggs riding in this crazy but attractive world and would really appreciate inside feedback.

Obviously, bitcoin is a bubble because it drops so hard after the price has raised so high and that is the reason you should always invest a huge amount every time the market prices are dumping.

It is hard to tell or Bitcoin is really a bubble or not. But it has survived for almost a decade, which makes me believe that is not a bubble or it is  very unique bubbles. But in any case I'd say that it is worth investing in.

According to the traditional definition of bubble, it very well is. But should we go by the traditional definition because it was right in defining the 2-3 assets. Bitcoin might not have an intrinsic value, but so does fiat. BTC has deflationary model and demand. This could sustain its price. So, I won't say BTC really is in any bubble.

For me I think and i believe that Bitcoin is just a bubble and like all bubbles, will burst. I don't think it will see much growth in this year 2018 and its value may even decrease.
Sorry but I am not agree with you. I do not think that bitcoin is a bubble, I think that bitcoin is a new emerging currency and its increasing price is due to the increasing interest of the people in bitcoin. still bitcoin has too much potential and therefore w e are expecting that its price will even continue increasing for a long long time.

Bitcoins is a bubble because the moment that price has increased so much last december, it actually decrease its value to 70% and you need to wait for a very long time again before it will grow.

It has exploded earlier this year, in recent months although up or down I found it quite stable. Now no one thought it was a bubble, the next burst time probably 3 years later.

I do not understand people who call Bitcoin a bubble, especially I do not understand those who claim that it will soon burst. Bitcoin, is Bitcoin, digital gold. But if you want me to appeal the concept of a bubble, I would say that it is a bubble that has a huge safety margin and will sooner burst the one who came up with such a concept than Bitcoin himself. No, Bitcoin, it's not a bubble, it's a new generation of the most promising asset of all time. Bitcoin can not burst, - it can only be deflated, but its nature is such that it is inflated more then again the previous time.

I heard the news that bitcoin market value can be classified as a bubble. Since its value not based on anything real. An economic bubble is traditionally defined as trade. Bitcoin is a bubble it will burst anytime when price will increase more.

BitCoin is not a balloon. If it was a balloon, it could not have come up again. He was stuck repeatedly. but it rose again. there are very big bitcoin rich. I'm talking about a size big enough to give direction to the market. This hard landing and departure will always be because bitcoin is not fairly user-friendly. but that does not mean that bitcoin is a balloon.

Well look at it as a balloon that pops and then gets inflated time and time again. It's always been said thatthat bitcoin would pop soon and I think it already did. Several times in the past actually. But people who believe in it will make sure that that bubble gets revived all the time

The bubble analogy has some truth in basis for cryptocurrencies - as it can well apply to coin offerings in the near future - but cryptocurrencies must be evaluated on their own.

True but altcoins are arguably an even bigger bubble. Consider all the junk projects out there and the ton of money invested in scam icos

The fact that you and many others are asking if Bitcoin is a bubble is an indication that it's not a bubble. An en economic bubble is usually coupled with near universal belief about rising prices. There are still only a very limited number of people who even know what Bitcoin is, let alone buying it or believing it will keep rising.
