You need to sell some of your investment if stress is really bothering you. No amount of money is more important than sound financial health. I'm fairly confident that Bitcoin will recover. I wouldn't bet on this happening within the next 2-3 years though. So I'm justing hanging out at Bitcointalk waiting for it all to blow over. I'd advise you to do the same, unless you're in dire need.

Lack of experience is making OP think in a negative manner. Things are not so good for now and there is no hope for bitcoin to grow anytime fast but then there is no point in looking at our portfolio again and again.
