I think it's possible. Bitcoin not too long ago reached 20k. However due to the state of the market, I don't think we'll see 25k anytime soon. I think once adoption for it kicks off it'll be in reach.

Right now it may feel a high target but bitcoin already hit $20000 in Dec 2017 so $25000 is not a hard to do number and is possible even in 2018.

No one can predict the exact price of Bitcoin. It's all about speculation. Although there is a strong possibility that we see an increase in price at the end of this year and price may remain max at $20k.
