You want bitcoin to skyrocket in just 2 months? That is impossible, the previous bull market took years to form and a whole year to develop, the new bull market is not going to take as long in my opinion but it is going to take longer than that and also we need something that creates once a gain a new interest in bitcoin and the most likely candidate to do that is the LN.

Yes it is and more will be. BTC price could reach above $1000000 when all the people will in this world fully adopts cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. 
Of course it is possible, we saw 19-20k dollar in 2-3 months, if something happen good and some speculations, we can see same things again I think it is not hard for bitcoin.

my question would not be if it is possible, the question is when it is possible? i think the cryptocurrencies are here to stay and for now bitcoin has been the front screen and the most popular, that's why it's expected to be the biggest increase (at least for now), I hope that for this year the increase will be significant, and i would be very happy if it passes the 20k barrier.

I'm pretty much optimistic about all cryptocurrencies except sh*tty ones but I think it's not that realistic to be up to 25,000 before the end of 2018.
This year ending bitcoin price target is 40 thousand dollars so as per many experts calculations bitcoin may reach the price of 40 thousand dollars hopefully we may see new highs for bitcoin once bull run start
Personally, i do not believe in the fact that Bitcoin can rise to the level of 25,000 dollars, at least in the next 1-2 years, that is for sure.

I also think like you. By the end of 2018, the bitcoin price could reach 40,000$ or 50,000$. There are so many predictions out there and I also believe in that for the market even somebody predict if bitcoin could go over 40K USD in this year
I think BTC price at $25k is possible, but I don't see it to hit that price level anytime soon. Probably, by December, it will try to break its previous ATH but it will happen momentarily. I am hoping, the next support level for 2019 would be at $10k price for BTC. Mass adoption will take place probably in the next 5 years which could likely be another history in the making.

Today situation is not like in the middle of 2017 when real opponents of bitcoin was just forming ones. Now we see how modern ideas ( neo, eos...) can cut a big part of "dad's" pie.
There are always going to be new coins claiming to be better than bitcoin and that happens every year, and yet no coin has really what it is necessary to surpass bitcoin, they can take part of its market cap in the short term but when bitcoin is finally adopted around the world then most of the market cap will go back to bitcoin since it is the only coin that has any use for the average person.

But now the market is down and we should wait for another exchange rate increase. But if the cryptos of the market increase, the end of the year is always the time of the highest exchange rate
