There are more possibilities according to the market situation as the momentum is moving up we can expect to 15k but still it depends, Some big digital marketing companys are pitching to crypto currency is a great sign for positive trend let's wait and see how it goes.

Also I believe PayPal entering to crypto will definitely boost the market, one thing for sure is crypto is booming and has a bright future.
Well, I hope that PayPal could help to make it possible despite the huge market competition. The current momentum makes so well, market resistance finds it good and clicking. $15k from the current position haven't not far away, possibilities are there very close but as you've said, it depends, can't still give assurance due to its volatility.

What I was asking, for now, is that new investors won't get easily topped into FOMO. Whales might manipulate this someday causes some decline and might pushed new investors as well to start selling off their Bitcoin.

2020 is quite interesting with people getting stuck within the homes. During this year lot many things have changed, nature has healed itself with very little toxins released to the atmosphere. Humanity have survived with people helping one another understanding the difficulties.

Endless changes have taken place, so is with crypto market. When entire world suffered economic downturn crypto market bounced. This is the goodness with crypto market this year. Along with this we've seen slow and fluctuated growth reaching barriers. Finally it has crossed $13000, and two months left to end 2020. Upon this we can hope for $15000.

Paypal hype is not "over" these type of things do not have short bursts and they are gone, these type of things have a bit of hype about the news for a while and it does increase the price (which we are still above $13k so it is still going on) but it also has a long lasting affect as well. Things like Bakkt got a lot of attention and increased the price but went down a bit later but still spend money on bitcoin so they are still buying bitcoin which makes it go up, or look at bitcoin halving, sure it made it go from $7k to $10k but it also still doesn't mine the full amount, it is still halved so it still affects the price because there is less sellers which makes the price go up.

So same with here, paypal news made it go up, and maybe it won't skyrocket from here on out, but paypal is still there and still accepts bitcoin, so it is not over, it will have a long term affect on crypto.

It could but we couldn't be so sure about it since the price could also drop down as we have seen so many times before.
It has stayed now on $13K who knows what would happen next it could go down again in $12K or move up to $14K nobody could guaranty that it would only climb up.

Is bitcoin cross $15k in end of 2020
Your thoughts on bitcoin I think most likely happen and also by the end of 2020 bitcoin will likely surpass $ 15k.

You can see a lot of good news and big activities going on in 2020, I am very interested in the time of bitcoin having. I also think countries are racing to enter this market through the release of their own digital currencies, and it will be a race that offers competition that we can't yet. It's determined that it's good or bad for this market.  Grin Grin

I think yes because of recent news of bitcoin that paypal except bitcoin...
What's your opinion
Paypal hype is over already and the final price is at near $13,000.
Reaching $15,000 by the end of the year is still possible though since it is my prediction too Cheesy.

In order for this to happen, it need another catalyst again or at least another big news as big as the Paypal hype in order for it to reach that price. I'm not saying that this will not happen but the chances of it to happen are like 40-60.

Or thanks to those who FOMO as well, LOL, Yes, Paypal made a big difference, but it's just the start, maybe it set the precedence for more companies to join the party and not to missed the potential profits by investing this early.

Those who buy because of FOMO when the news of PayPal integration come out will not regret it, Bitcoin will now keep moving up the chart cannot lie it really is moving up, and there's a big possibility of reaching $15k before the end of the year, I just hope the features will start right away i can't wait to buy stuffs using Cryptocurrency through Paypal.

Thanks to Paypal? That's it?  Grin
There is a lot of reason out there for Bitcoin to go up in price and it will just be Paypal who could make a big difference?
I think it's just hype.
In weeks, we will see it calm down and I hope bitcoin will remain as to how it is now.
More like the new bottom is 13.5k. Yeah, that looks better.

More like $13,000 will really be a support, until we break the next level and then eventually goes to $15,000 because that's what everyone wanted to see at the end of the year.

I wouldn't mind even seeing more than that though, but I don't want to be greedy and let the market take it's normal course of $14,000-$15,000 run and start 2021 with a good price.

Anything is likely to happen, the market will talk later. If demand is more than supply then it does not close the possibility that bitcoin later this year could reach $15K. Bitcoin is the future, for that Paypal adopts bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
Investing in bitcoin is one of the best options for this moment.

If it was just a hype then why you set 13500 us dollar as the new bottom , it doesnt  makes any sense for me
Paypal did has a major part in the recent price surge,  let it drive the market even only for a while.
We are trying to approach 14000 and looks like the attempt will last for weeks from now
As moving 1000 us dollar or 2000 us dollar in single day for bitcoin it was too easy, lets upgrade the expectation by set a resistance at 20000 us dollar? By the end of the year? That is very possible.

Looks like bitcoin is having a tiny bit of correction, or we could even say that it already happened as well. We didn't break over $14k so far, which was the price to beat when we were going up, the best we saw was around $13.8k for a short burst in some places and usually $13.6k was the price for a while, which dropped as low as $13k but didn't went under that (maybe in few places but not on average) and right now it already went back above $13.2k once again.

This shows us that, buyers tried to buy as much as possible and made it go up as much as they can, that is one part of the calculation, but also sellers tried to sell and the correction happened but it didn't went under $13k neither, so right now we are at a place where sellers can't make it under $13k but buyers can't make it over $14k, let's see which one will restart back again.

Get your hopes high, we have chances to reach new all time hogh for the bitcoin in this year since we are already near $14,000 and we have 2 months left in this 2020 so probably we can reach that high if the trend keep follows.

this is the FOMO that we have all been expecting as soon as the price rise began. i don't think it is because of paypal although it may have had some catalyst effects to get the rise started.

the FOMO has gotten big too, it is so much that even the transaction fees is seeing a big spike and it has gone over 200 satoshi/bytes which is pretty high since there are lots of people buying bitcoin and pulling it out of exchanges.

i think it is even possible to see $20k be tested very soon.

I feel the same.

I was a bit bearish earlier this year and predicted that we'll stay below 12000 until the end of the year but I did not take the PayPal news into account. I guess nobody did.

Last week I had a friend who has not asked me about BTC since 2018 call me to tell me that he's thinking of buying bitcoin again. It's an obvious sign of FOMO on the market.

I will agree, fomo is everywhere around, we can feel it in the air! And I am sure that price will cross $15k, eventually, but is it now? The price made a nice candle, and for me it's natural to think about downfall after we see the price rising for weeks! I am thinking about the top of this rise, and my max sell order is at $14.1k, but I don't think we are going there in this run, I think the top is under $14k and the price will drop once again before it's skyrocket and cross $15k, which can happen in December! But in the end we can never know what is coming, it's on us to try to predict it and make profit on that!

news about Bitcoin being traded on Paypal is a breath of fresh air for all Bitcoin lovers.  Paypal is a large company that has millions of active users, this news, of course, this interest those who are very curious about Bitcoin.

In essence, the PayPal service is similar to buying crypto-assets at Revolut and Robinhood. Users who buy Bitcoin on PayPal can feel that they own the King of Crypto Assets, but cannot move Bitcoin outside of other platforms or addresses.
I personally predict Bitcoin price will cross $ 15k in the near future (before 2020 ends)..

Either because paypal or not bitcoin price will definitely go up and will close this year at least close to 20k or at least will be around 15k-20k. If history and its pattern repeat itself it seems easy for bitcoin to continue to rise even though slowly but at least there is still time to hit the previous ATH at the end of the year because the speculation about the new ATH it will touch should be a big move from now on.

I also think that we can talk about exceeding the $15k level as something completely certain until end of December, maybe even in November. There is also enough time until the end of the year to reach the new ATH, but I'm not so sure about that. My opinion is that $20k should be achieved within 2 - 4 months. What will happen next is hard to say, but $50k in 2021 is very real in my opinion.

$50k in next year is quite not convincing since even by know the price struggling to reach up at $20k or maybe at $15k so maybe let's just count on the small figure and dropping that is much believable rather than expecting for something unreal things. But if that prediction will came true then provably many investor will earn huge number of money.
