I think here only a few countries that legalize bitcoin, perhaps because the transaction is usually used for deepweb or underground

How the hell can you even regulate the use of bitcoin...what do they do, have the ISPs block ports to bitcoin nodes? There are plenty of ways to get around that. I know some mining pools let you submit raw transactions to them.

it is everywhere legal, nobody can shut down the internet,
so you can use it trough tor or other proxys everywhere.

Yeah neither the bitcoin nor the users have to worry or think about whether it is legal or not. If you think it is legal go for it and if you think it is not legal then its an individual decision whether to stay or just leave it and think of some other investment options.

Lots of things were once illegal.
freeing slaves,
Women voting
giving food to homeless people
going on strike
being gay
owning gold

Is it possible that some law is unjust?
Is it possible that not all governments are perfect and without corruption?

being gay  ??   you are a sick motherfucker  , how could you support two guys with two dicks fucking each other from the asshole ?

Hey guys. Wondered if BTC is considered to be a legal currency in US, can I sue somebody that has defrauded me for my coins?
Is it different from state to state?

Yes.

In the USA, you can sue someone that has defrauded you even if bitcoin is not currency.  Anything of value, and so far every US court has recognized that bitcoin is a thing of value.

Thanks for advice, it maybe useful and necessary info for many.

That there is a reason why bitcoin is ilegal
as we know taht government agencies are increasingly worried about the implications of bitcoin, as it has the ability to be used anonymously, and is therefore a potential instrument for money laundering. In particular, law enforcers seem to be concerned about the decentralized nature of the currency, but i wish bitcoin is not to be ilegal in future

the concern is not directly related to Bitcoin, but mostly to money laundering and other similar crimes.
when the adoption grows, they might require people to ID themselves for the transactions between these financial institutions and Bitcoin.

That this could ever be a question means that we are still an oppressed civilization.  Bitcoin embodies freedom and liberties that any truly free and decent human should be allowed to enjoy.  When people truly start being evil and doing evil things that's when there should be justice and consequences.  Simply banning things like bitcoin out of fear should never be allowed by decent and forthright human beings.

Bitcoin may already be technically illegal in Australia under the Currency Act 1965.

Quote
Every payment that is made shall, unless it is made according to the currency of some country other than Australia, be made according to the currency of Australia provided for by this Act.

Of course this law is outmoded, but it does present some problems for legal credibility of Bitcoin.
