Hello pals,
Recently I introduced Bitcoin and cryptocurrency to my friends and family, they liked the concept but they asked me a question that I wasn't able to answer. Is Bitcoin really secure? What if a hacker was able to hack Bitcoin system/blockchain?Who manages Bitcoin security and what are the security measures taken to avoid hackers being able to steal Bitcoins? Why Bitcoin is not blocked for those who use it illegally by buying/selling in the deepweb market? What if governements ban Bitcoin because of these people?
I really appreciate if you  guys give me some answers

For me knowing that they are online they are not fully secured even if they are saying that it is 100% secures because in the internet it is easy to access so it is also easy to be hacked by the professional hackers but in thia day there are now news that are saying that the bitcoin wallet have been hacked because they are still secured but if you want to be really inhackeable the. Buy an offline wallet then store your bitcoins right there.
I am not agreeing with you to some extent because bitcoin is more secure than before. I am not worries about the hackers because  I think my money is secure after getting into bitcoin, bitcoin has a lot of wallets so it is secure and safe as well, with increasing price we will see bitcoin at the top of all currencies. With every passing time bitcoin is getting famous and now it can be use as an offline currency as well, I think it we will see bitcoin most expensive currency, if you are using blockchain it is no need to be worry about bitcoin at the this time.

Bitcoin itself is unhackable and unexploitable, the only vulnerability lies in the fact the user is owner of his/her private key and that can allow anyone to access the holder account if disclosed. The weakest link of the chain is the human here.

It is believed that the most reliable are ordinary banks with money. But banks are also hacking and robbing.
That was earlier . Now the looting of physical money takes place on the street, when transporting such money. Namely, they attack the collectors.

That was earlier . Now the looting of physical money takes place on the street, when transporting such money. Namely, they attack the collectors.
But all the same, banks are considered very reliable protection. Many of the money now passes through the accounts. The idea is very easy to intercept transactions and steal this money. But the developers promise that it can not be done, but still there are cases.
But as it is supposed, the system is much stronger and more reliable banks. And the mechanisms are several times more complicated and confusing.
If something has value, then someone will want to steal it. Even with electronic money it happens.

As everything occurring with bitcoin is really reliant on the web network there are odds of being getting hacked. In the past there are a few security concerns with respect to the security of the bitcoin holding. Presently this has been made more secure with a few highlights and diverse sorts of wallet accessibility and functionalities.

Not really actually, because it's a virtual money and no system is safe in this world as long as it's connect to the internet.
Make sure you keep safe for doing any online transaction

If we use web wallet and enable 2FA feature then I dare to make sure everything is safe, I've been doing that for more than 2 years and never encountered any problems.

I think it is secure. Because it is working from last 8 years. I never hear a problem of cyber attack. Last year a global cyber attack happened to banks of some countries. Our banks also not safe. My friend lost 95000 indian rupees from bank account during this attack. Thus we are believing on banks. And we can believe on bitcoin too.

Yes,Bitcoin is really secure. as long as you take proper security measures and never disclose your private key then no one should be able to access them. But the thing is with enough processing power it can be theoretical cracked, but as of now even the best computers don't have such amount of processing, maybe quantum computing can change the tide but it's a long way to go. For now BTC is safe.

Yes, I can say that Bitcoin is secure because you have your own wallet that is private to everyone. Only you will access to your wallet, especially passwords are very important to keep that to yourself.

Yes bitcoin is secured because you have a bitcoin wallet that you hold the private key. Anyone will not get your money if you will secure your private key. But if you will send it to anyone just cry and safe good bye bitcoins. Bitcoin can store in the hard drive. And they have an exchanger wallet but in the exchanger it is very risk if the exchanger will be hack good bye to your balance.

Bitcoin is not safe regarding value as it goes up and down every day, causing many to fear and fear their investment when deciding to choose Bitcoin to invest. But regarding security, Bitcoin is safe now, no one can break it or be able to hack it.
