Bitcoin it was very secure and i am always trusted in bitcoin for this having a value always increasing, But sometimes it will going dump but not be a long time. If you want to be secure your bitcoin maybe don't click some link or visit a website that you don't know what is it because some of them is a phising site so must be careful all the time.

Hello pals,
Recently I introduced Bitcoin and cryptocurrency to my friends and family, they liked the concept but they asked me a question that I wasn't able to answer. Is Bitcoin really secure? What if a hacker was able to hack Bitcoin system/blockchain?Who manages Bitcoin security and what are the security measures taken to avoid hackers being able to steal Bitcoins? Why Bitcoin is not blocked for those who use it illegally by buying/selling in the deepweb market? What if governements ban Bitcoin because of these people?
I really appreciate if you  guys give me some answers

I believe that bitcoin is safe. (As to what i have read here on forum, it can be hacked if you use untrusted wallets.) the safetiness of your bitcoin lies in you.

Yes! Bitcoin is secure, But of course it's in to you to fully secure your account by not sharing your account to anyone and registering your account only in your private computer or mobile phone. On problem about hackers that may hack your account, block chain technology have cryptography, cryptography is a kind of tech that secure highly private massage and prevent third parties, Cryptography is use too in WW2 (World War 2). In other country, government may bans Bitcoin if a lot of crime has been increase made with help of Bitcoin, But this is nothing to do in securing your account.

Why not? Any online payment system is protected to the maximum, all our data is on secure servers which was made by bitcoin developers and are checked constantly to ensure that there are no leaks and protection is also improving all the time. Don`t forget that all transactions are anonymous, no one will know your data, in other online popular payment systems u will always must write your data. That`s why bitcoin protection is one of the best.

With prices doubling to $18,000 in just the past month—and then dropping sharply—Bitcoin is drawing more attention than ever in its eight-year history.  The "cryptocurrency" carries some well-known risks—the price could drop precipitously, and scams have been reported. But there's also another, more technological danger: One crashed hard drive or online hacking incident can wipe out an owner's stash of Bitcoin, leaving them with essentially no recourse.   That's because of some basic differences between Bitcoin and a conventional currency such as dollars or Euros. Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, such as Litecoin and Ethereum, are wholly digital forms of cash stored in so-called wallets. Like other files, Bitcoin wallets can be stored locally, say on a hard drive stuffed under a mattress, or in the cloud.  And like dollars, Bitcoin can be lost or stolen.

Blocking in principle can not be hacked. A purse is protected so that it will take a lot of days and nights to select a password that would hack. Blocking is a huge chain and that to break it you need to crack all the computers.

I think you are asking if the bitcoin can hack by the hackers. The answer is yes! So be sure that you will use trusted bitcoin wallet for you to make sure that your bitcoin will not by the hackers. I prefer to you to use ledger s nano to store your bitcoins.

It really is. It's unhackable. Now when people put their trust of their Bitcoin on an exchange and exchange gets hacked that's a different story. There are always ways of people being careless with their computers and surfing habits that get themselves prone to keyloggers and such things on their computer - that doesn't really have to do with Bitcoin.

Totally agree.. offline or hardware wallets are the best defense against getting an account compromised. Though it's only worth the investment if you have a substantial amount of coins.

There are pros and cons in using cryptocurrency or bitcoin for that matter. Bitcoin is secure in the sense that there is a level of anonymity for each end of a transaction. You won't know who you're dealing with. But on the other hand, if you lose your phone, laptop, passcode and the written series of words, you will never be able to access your money ever again. And that is sad. I also recall that a person will spend around millions or perhaps, even dollars just to decode one transaction.

That was a valid question you asked. I am concerned about this too. I think that the security of bitcoin lies in the hands of users like 99%. Once you begin to see that it is real cash that you can not just keep carelessly, you will do better in keeping your cryptocurrency well.

Bitcoin is actually safe, as long as you keep your keywords or private key to everyone.
It's very safe as you are the only one who will know your holdings, this is not bank that we have to go through a KYC process.
Make sure we know how to handle our information so no one can access your bitcoins except you, when we are investing we have ensure that our bitcoin is safe and intact.
