Bitcoin would be the future of money if we want it to be, and it wouldn't be the future of money if we don't want it to be. It's all depends on the users, if we as the users don't want to contribute on this cryptocurrency then it won't be happen.
Well, more and more are using bitcoin, it will be possible, but I think it took a long time until bitcoin recognized as currency outside the internet, because bitcoin requires network for internet access, so it would be very difficult to access bitcoin if you go in a village that does not have internet network. so I think bitcoin will only become legal tender on the internet, and be an alternative in the real world. There is no doubt that bitcoin would be great money in the future but i think it will remain no physical money to spend in offline transaction.

We might not reach a point wherein bitcoin could totally replace fiat. Even if it has its advantages over fiat, mass adoption might only be just a dream. Although it is still very early and development is ongoing, I don't expect bitcoin to really challenge fiat in the very near future. That should serve as a challenge to developers in further making developments faster. I don't think Bitcoin will replace fiat but it should have a place in the economy. Some country are start to believe bitcoin and use it such as fiat. Also bitcoin was regulated by financial service agency in japan. Not only japan luxemburg is recognize bitcoin too, they allow bitcoin giant stock exchange in their country. The future of money is actually difficult to predict but following the trend, the popularity of Bitcoin is really expanding and even over here, the awareness is just going at a geometric rate couple with the rate of increase in the price of the community. In essence I am saying that if this trend should continue, then we are having a major shift from the traditional way of which we see money and its happening soon.
