Yup! , but it is not a discovery it was only the experiment that has been made by a programmer to show his talent of job , but luckily it got famous by the some big investors to make it online currency that is what we called bitcoin.
And Secondly your are right the it can't replace fiat because fiat is a country's money which can be use as virtually and practically but bitcoin is internet currency and also international currency which can be use only virtually .
This is totally a way to get enter in the technology if the world or internet money .
Since the demand of the bitcoin is going increasing speedly with every second and Secondly after next halving no more bitcoin will produce then price will again more rise this will.make bitcoin more and more famouse .
So we can say it is only the future money .

Definitely, in the future Bitcoin will be developed and may change, maybe another more protected and much more convenient e-currency will appear. But institutions also have to be included because without the support of financial sector and governments we can't do anything.

I wish, someone prove me wrong but I don't think it's going to happen when ALL people would be using bitcoin at least in next 50 years. Gold is valuable since a long time but still, there are people who never bought a gold similarly large number of people would adopt bitcoin in the future but not all of the people around the world.

Bitcoin isn't it. Digital Payments are...

If you are going to pay something (Apple Pay) then you would just scan with your phone or w/e it is then you would receive the item. With regular paper cash you would have to lunge around duffle bags filled to the top just to pay for some kind of car like a bugatti or something. Also you wouldn't want to have a bunch of cash just sitting in the bank where the workers could just steal them whenever they please.

It's pretty crazy to think about until it actually happens. Digital Payments are coming into play.

There are a number of advantages, as discussed by other users, but it is important to remember that projects trying to do things more efficiently can arise. This is normal, especially in the technology field. The upside is that Bitcoin is open source, and as long as the developers do a good job, Bitcoin will be able to compete with new technologies.

well yes. we can't give any kind of guarantee. because everything is possible. but if we see the current status of bitcoin. it is only growing , growing and getting more and more powerful everyday. the current situation of bitcoin clearly says that bitcoin is really the future of money.. at least I am not ready to loose this future money.

If you really look at things, people, and so very many ways to pay for both real and virtual money for goods. And do not even need to resort to using bitcoin. Just seeing the benefits bitcoin users cryptocurrency and express their desire to have a single bitcoin currency in the world. But this will not happen for sure. The only thing that interferes with and most importantly, a lack of control.

BTC will be remained as side currency (main currency is the country currrency) except got world war or some big disaster.
if government interfere blockchain then is dangerous. bank can use blockchain as one stream of income. now many bank starting now.

If you take the government away from the banking system, it is possible that they will act in their favor, and then there will be strong opposition, the center of which would be the bitcoin.
