Any currency or payment system that allows transfer of value from one party to another can and will be used by criminals, be it Bitcoin, USD, or any other currency. That doesn't make Bitcoin or USD the culprit. Those who use it to fund those activities are the culprit.
Buying illegal drugs, passports, cloning credit cards and counterfeit money or rape and murder, can be used with Bitcoin by criminals.
This makes it a very bad tool for the use of Bitcoin.
In today's world, the internet can be used by bad guys and good.
It can not be denied that the existence of Cryptocurrency including Bitcoin can be used for criminal purposes especially by terrorists and others.
we expect strict controls and controls to be carried out by government authorities to reduce negative impacts including abused by terrorists. in other words it can not be used for criminal purposes and perhaps one of the most important thing is to avoid laundry money.

For payment in Bitcoin, we could get a computer hacker to “destroy a business or a person’s life”, buy drugs, passports, cloned credit cards and counterfeit money or even order acid attacks, rape and murder. It is completely unregulated by banks and governments, making it attractive for criminals or those who want to keep their transactions secret.

agree dude! All currencies been used by the criminals. Bitcoin most likely suffer the same fate. People made a propaganda against btc that it's a tool of a criminals (Hackers, terrorists and etc.) but never made a news that dollars is also use widely by the criminals.

You have a good point. Yes, usually bitcoin is being used in different transactions that can be bad or good. Bitcoin is still a kind of money that can be used anywhere and anytime its holder want. So there is a time that bitcoin is being used in illegal transactions specifically in deepweb or darkweb.
