My statement was meant to be, that if Theymos is served with a subpoena, since he is in the USA, he really has no choice other than being jailed to release any info requested.
That is still no reason to discuss the jurisdictions, i.e. the agencies themselves. I don't see why that even matters in this case, but fine. If you want to continue and let people post useless things, then go ahead. This will be my final reply here.
While I realize that in Meta you have no moderation powers and are simply a "user" you still wear the "Staff" label.
In doing such there is a certain level of behavior that should be maintained and getting pissy simply because you are disagreed with isn't in line with that.
