The difference between Bithumb.com and Bithumb.pro is that the pro variant focuses on clients outside South Korea, hence the reason it refers to itself as Bithumb Global.

https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/bithumb/ Native KRW trading pairs.
https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/bithumb-global/ Native USDT and BTC trading pairs.

To some degree it's a similar construction as Binance.com and soon Binance through BAM trading services that plans to serve users that the Binance.com site not accepts through a proxy.
By that being said they are authorized by the Bithumb.com to run a global version of it right? Therefore the said .pro is actually legit at some point and would only differ by their management and services offered. I am having a hard time understanding the situation, to why does it needs to be done by other set of individuals to run a similar platform like this one and soon in Binance.

I have contacted its customer service, bithumb.pro will develop its business that bithumb.com cannot do in Korea, Lol.

Like? Scamming? lol they should be specific

No matter what it's, I find Biththumb.pro carries a good way for exchanging  USDT, and EUSD is capable of buying by EPAY with the good exchange rate. Shocked

Someone has asked the same thing in twitter (https://twitter.com/BithumbOfficial/status/1125581976197423104)
But since BGH One (.pro) was able to use bithumb's name, I guess there is some extent of connection between them although not as much as being responsible on the other party's actions like if some hacking occurred to either one of them.

Thoughts?
Nice catch!
I won't speculate too much that there's connection between . But here since there's no sufficient information about how bithumb.pro running ... i would prefer avoid use them and just stick to the bithumb.com .

Just strange if they allow the similar name but under separate company 🤨 , the bithumb.pro interface feel like chinese platform such as digifinex, okex, coinegg and huobi pro ... isn't it? Check them out.
Thanks for the share up and clarification. This image alone does solve about the arguement between bithumb domain name differences.
Its stated that they are different corporation and also using up bithumb name doesnt mean that they do have some connections behind.
Too risky on using up for an exchange that did copy other sites name.

Also there's bithumb.net but it's redirected to bithumb.com which means both domain are run by the same company. If someone could clarify and make it clear that the bithumb.pro is part of bithmub.com ... would be nice to remove the doubts here.

I think what MDZZ and joeycoin said is correct. It seems like both domains are owned by Bithumb. Bithumb.com deals with markets realted to South Korean currency while global i.e bithumb.pro deals with transaction related to USDT.

One is kinda like domestic trading platform while other is global platform.

It's better to get it cleared out with support but bithumb.pro also doesn't have any bad reports yet so they are doing legit business- I guess

I haven't used them but have a look at this thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/helloicon/comments/860oa1/icx_is_not_listed_on_bithumb_it_is_listed_on/

Someone says there that the exchange shares the same name like bithumb.com but is run by someone different. On top of that volume is lower while comparing it with bithumb.com. I would suggest going for bithumb.com rather than registering up for .pro site.

To op :

Look at this https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/crypto-exchanges-comparison-trade-fee-listing-fee-age-mobile-app-more-5079048 there's a thread to discuss about how good or bad an exchange by comparing each other , could be a reference.

It carries various stable coins! It seems C2C was supported to laundering my ASSETS by stable coin.
Horrible, I understood what you mean, people can do FX business by USDT or EUSD.

Bithumb Global Exchanger = Bithumb.pro? https://www.finder.com/bithumb-exchange-review, The main difference between both is that Pro has [USDT to Fiat] transaction.
Yes, and EUSD/BTC to Fiat also; but Epay.com is famous as a payment provider, maybe I need to have a try.

I do not know that this site (bithumb.pro) is legitimate because the main link is bithumb.com[1]
So it looks like it's just a phishing site, where did you get it?
Also, the comments above seem either misleading or just spam.
you have to make sure the platform is using popular sites like CMC/exchanges.

What would you expect for those noobs? They would just simply go with the flow and believing that they are talking with Bithumb.com
as long theres a bithumb on it,they wouldnt care if its phishing or not.lol
Its clear OP that this one is just a phishing site so stay away with it and the legit one is being provided already.
