I also got my BTG on bittrex a few days back. I think they have given their all users the BTG in proportion to the number of bitcoins you have in your bittrex bitcoin wallet.
The starting price of it was 300$ but it was badly dumped as everyone sell their free coins to get the high raising Bitcoins.

A few days ago bittrex had given btg and went online. The price can also I sold about 300usd. There are 30 hours bcd very curious bittrex will not be distributed.
As far as i know they said that they will not give us our bitcoin gold but i also read that they will credit it, my friend is having a hard time in exchanging his us dollars to peso using bittrex and i dont know if it is a scam or not, just to play safe, read and read more about bittrex online and most especially using this forum

Fundamentally, I don't think it's worth much, either. But there are two things that I'm considering here. Firstly, the exchange-circulating supply is very low. That of Bitcoin is already very low -- most coins stay cold -- so Bgold already has that lack of liquid supply. In addition, lots of people won't even bother recovering BTG from their everyday wallets at these prices.
Secondly, don't underestimate hype. When I got into Bitcoin in 2013, "LTC as Bitcoin's silver" was all the rage. I think that BTG benefits from this sort of newbie mindset. Time will tell, but I think this coin will get pumped higher.

I got my btg from bittrex. Kind of a surprise. Anyway I ended up selling it right away for just under $400. I don’t have faith in that coin. Now I forgot to check my exodus wallet to see if I also have btg there. I would still sell it and get free money. It’s not like bch. It won’t be worth anything soon.

Hopefully this will happen, though it will be a little difficult to accomplish. The current crypto can outrun the BTG which will badly affect the market situation. It is only to believe in it because it will be a real revolution.

As per their official announcement they will try all of possible reason to credit users their unclaimed btg but dont expect just wait for their official action

I guess they will wait to see the impact bitcoin gold has on exchanges and then decide. I know kraken doesnt plan to give away BTC gold also.

They said they won't list it but they will credit it.
They are very picky when listing a coin and still bitcoin gold is an unknown. I can understand their reasoning.
I remember they gave a block number for BTG credits before that fork. If you deposited your bitcoin after that block passed, you won't be given any BTG.

Why not , you will be getting that the same way you got your BCH. Just add the private key and boom you get the Bitcoin gold. I'm also reading that they will credit it but not list it. Well if BTG will be a success then the will be forced to add as this is what the offer and it would be much Profitable for them if they do so. hero member

if bittrex is really wants to give us bitcoin gold then it will be good for us because we can take free money that we could sell it to make free profit. i think we can waiting for next news from them and if they really give bitcoin gold, i think there will be many people is going to sell their bitcoin gold and i think the price will be really higher at the launch.
Bittrex is selling your BTG now,after the price drops they will open the exchange for the coin when they have already profits.
Guys, you do know that BTG is a real shitcoin?

BTG have small support of developers that make it hard to be accepted by Bittrex , when get more developers may be accepted
