After this rally up that might get the price of BTC up to 1,300 usd, I am pretty sure BTC is going to crash again and it will hit the 400 usd.

What do you think?
on 2013 most people also don't believe bitcoin will crash but in fact that the price was already decrease and touch the lower price however bitcoin will more stronger rather than 2014 this time because i was heard that one of the cause why bitcoin price increase with very fast is Latin American countries such as Argentina and Venezuela people has more concern and start to use and buying bitcoin

The price is going to get lower but I do not think we are going to see bitcoin at that price ever again personally I thin something in the range of 700-800 dollars is a lot more likely  but I think we are going to see bitcoin over 1k again in the middle of the year and probably end the year in the range 1300-1500.

Situation and adoption level is not like in 2014, people now understand much better about bitcoin and demonetization have triggered people to search for safe place to store their wealth beside gold and bitcoin came to them as good alternative.

I will say we will see $2000+ by end of this year or even earlier, i don't think price gonna get correction below $1000 from this point. In 2017 price may stay well above $1000 but if it goes below than that i will buy bitcoin with all my cash i have in my local bank.

Whenever a known exchanger or trading site is hacked for sure that will have an effect on the Bitcoin price but it will depend on how the market reacts on the hack. We have seen hacks and alleged hacks last 2016 that caused the Bitcoin price to drop however with the current exchange rate of BTC to USD and if there's a hack that happen, we may still enjoy up to $800 to 1 BTC and will still to recover again so no hacks please so that there will be no crash.

Crash is really possible but not to the point it will go back again at $400. Yes it has chance but today's bitcoin is different from the status of bitcoin in the past where coins today are much distibuted in different exchanges. So if a crash happen in one exchange, the downfall is not that much.

I see correction price closely to $1000. If it's go back to below $400 then that is really a doom as it proven that bitcoin can't maintain it's support from the community even with lots of users today.

I agree with you when you say the today status is different from the 2014 status. The situation is different now, since 2014 many more persons started buying bitcoins and many more bitcoins were mined. We know the price won't steady in the price we see now, but I don't think the price will regress to 400$, it's too low, bitcoin community is strong now and won't let this happen.

Yep that is true, its also more stable right now and it now not been really going fast, it has been down more fluently.

Very hard to say and we cannot simply say this too, I think it will not really crash because its just more stable than it ever been too.

We indeed cannot say this but I guess that there will be some small crash but not to significant anytime soon.

Bitcoin did not crash in 2014. It entered a long and brutal bear market in order to recover from the over-exuberance in 2013. That's an important distinction.

Right now, at the very least the price needs to stay above $800, or else the entire recent rise will have been for naught. But I don't think it can go down that far. There are too many signs there's been a real increase in demand, so the new equilibrium price should be higher than the old one.

Hope it will not happen. We are on the good rally right now. We are almost hit the all time high. The problem is, the price really attract hackers. Exchanges should be careful right now because it can happen anytime. Exchange sites could trigger sudden drop of bitcoin price. Look what happen last year.

There is only so liitle chance  that bitcoin could hit 400$ again. We already witness what biicoin can do, and getting ath this coming moths will gonaa happen. And with that little change of going back to 400$ is too imposible too happen.

A lot of people just theorize what will happen. Some say that it would sustain till about $2,000 and some say it will crash when it reaches $1,000 as all the whales will cash out. So far the 2nd view was incorrect as we are seeing $1,100+ already. So probably we might see $1,300 but I think it won't crash back to lower than $900. But if does, I'd probably buy plenty of it if it does.

Definitely bitcoin wont crash like 2014.  One of the fact is the one I quoted. He will buy lots of bitcoin when it touch $900 so if people have a mind setting like this, we can see bitcoin never going lower than this price of $900.

BTC in my theory will still crash again like in 2014. Maybe it will still not crash now but it will be later but since a lot of things changed since then, it will not crash a lot. After the crash, the price will be 800$ below for sure and of course will stabilize on a price but will not go down beyond 400$ like what happened back then maybe out of consideration to miners who can mine less bitcoin now because of past halving.

The first rise was kinda made out of nothing, while now there is big money crisis around the world, that will not get solved that soon. There will be a correction, that's mandatory for me, since the market got crazy and we're now steaming toward 1300$/BTC I think. This correction won't put us back to 400$, except in the case a sole person is behind this huge rally and he cash out all its profits instantly, but this seems very unprobable, but more something like 800-900$.

Exactly!
Fact is that the first rise was just... you know just a special phenomenon. It was just btc getting sudden popularity around the world so thousands of people who didn't even know what bitcoin was started buying them just because it was the trend and lots of intelligent people said it was the future.
Here there is nothing like that. Medias aren't covering it or anything. It's just that number of adopters is increasing, btc income diminished after halving and lots of people see the current economic situation as a disaster and start understanding that fiat is pretty much worthless. So they try to find new solutions and btc is one of them.

Doesn't mean it won't drop though, but it won't be the same crash as in 2014. Or at least I don't think so.

I see only smaller drops at the moment, no big crashes.
The situation is completely different to the one 2013.
Now we have a real infrastructure and demand of bitcoin, not only generated in exchanges.
People really want to have bitcoin because they use it as payment!

Still BTC is an opportunity to earn some extra $$ rather than everyday tender of payment. It can't be treated like this when value volatility is that high. Imagine, you get your salary 100% in bitcoin and try to not think if in two weeks your money would be worth less or more than now  Roll Eyes

You mean will it ever go down again? Of course it will. The little squiggly line goes up and goes down. But mostly goes up.  Wink
