Only base bump power is affected by earned merit in the last year. Since it's zero in your case, you don't have base bump score at all. May be you have used your mini bump power. Not sure.

It's obvious the technicalities in this forum are quite much that, one can hardly be aware of them all. Just when you think you've gone quite deep and nothing was going to come by surprised, your faced with yet another that you don't have the slightest clue of it's existence. It's no doubt the concept surrounding most of these tools employed in curtailing certain issues in the forum are explained buy, you knowing of it's existence is an issue of discovering by accident or when faced with the issue itself else, you don't have a chance of knowing.Only base bump power is affected by earned merit in the last year. It's very good that I know this, though it's peculiar to mainly to some boards but, it sure do remedy the situation for which it was meant to a far great extent.
