You should not immediately accuse like this against Bustabit, which states a scam, everything has a solution, if you speak well in their thread.

So please confirm if you reached out to Devans using the link above, let us know of any update if all else fails then it's your call to open a scam accusation.

Saying scam right away without even hearing the side of the other party is unprofessional.

Bustabit is been here for long. Already made an attempt contacting them? Please be patient while trying to resolve things. You can change the title of the thread for now to something fairly while calling them out.

The community is always there when someone got scammed. Allow the right process to solve that.

Bustabit may suspect that his account was hacked or attempted money laundering, the solution contact support.

They won't scam you and if there's a reason why they won't allow you to withdraw then there must be some legitimate reason that you have done against their rules.
