Trade in crypto-currencies attracts just the big volotility. And this is incomparable with forex. But as written above and the risks are greater. If you manage risks correctly, then you can achieve a lot in the market of crypto currency.

Yes, day trading is more profitable in crypto than in forex due to higher volatility. But take this in mind that higher returns include higher risks. Trade wisely.

I don't like margin trading or forex trading. Day trading on crypto (excgange) has the big difference, that you will have all cryptocurrencies  in your pocket. The second big difference between crypto trading and forex trading is, that cryptocurrencies are still following an upward trend, if you choose established ones, because of growing popularity. So the probability is high, that, if you choosed a cryptocurrency and that went down, and you sit just the downtrend out, it will recover.

I'm curious if day trading in crypto is more profitable comparing to forex trading? It is true that Bitcoin have a high volatility but if you need volatility you can just pick USD / GBP pair and then chose a higher leverage to get a higher profit. It seems like the amount of leverage can fix the lower profit in forex and you just won't have to deal with all crypto related problems. I will appreciate if any experienced trader wil explain me the situation. Thanks.
Comparing the volatility among these two things I would say cryptocurrency trading is more profitable because I have seen how prices do jump among those two thing but the difference is only that one is centralized and backed and the other is pure decentralized one which prices do depend on how people do adopt or engage with it. Day trading either sides would really give you income but on different amount or profitability comparison.

Whole crypto market is volatile and even without any leverage you can either make high profit or huge loss. In forex you have to take high risk with high leverage but in crypto even with just 2.5x leverage in margin trading you can make good amount of money with lesser risk.

it is possible and it can even be more profitable but the biggest difference is that when you enter crypto markets you will see that they are a lot less predictable than forex market and that makes trading that much harder.

the unpredictability goes so far as even technical analysis becomes useless in some cases. so you are left in a market without any "tools" and only experience, lots of hype and manipulation and pump and dumps.

What kind of profits one can expect to make when day trading in forex?
The same as in crypto market Smiley My point is that all instruments of technical analysis are easili applied for forex tradind, stocks, options and any other asset. Cryptocurrencies are not starting a revolution here. From the first sight if you will trade on forex you may have the same profit as in crypto but avoid all FUD from cryptomarket.

What kind of profits one can expect to make when day trading in forex? (really not sure about that, since i never tried it). About day trading in crypto, what i usually do is various trades using indicators and try my best to get consistent 3% profits. it may not be much per trade, but in thed end it all adds up Smiley Also you need to consider that not every trade is going to bring you profit, some just don't go well.

Sure, there is day trading in crypto but you really have to be ready for the stress that is involved in day trading crypto due to the fact that it is a decentralized market and anything can happen within a split of a second. The fluctuations can be crazy as well but if you really want to trade, I feel you are better off doing short or long term trading with the help of some indicators. However, if you feel you have the great knowledge and skills to pull day trading of crypto off, then, be my guest.
