I can't wait to see ethereum pull out of its long overdue bear market. The value of ethereum really needs a lift. I remember when ethereum traded at over a thousand dollars. It would be awesome to have those good old days back. It would also help other altcoin to increase in value.
I think ETH will come out of its bottom after the start of the fork, and the fork will happen in about 1 year, and the price of ETH depends on Bitcoin.

Is etherum launching a new version, ETH2.0? This would be a come back for etherum in this case than. I think, etherum has been shown us immense growth in the mid year 2017 and we can hope the same to occur this year when the bull runs arrive. Etherum offers us huge benefits like token creation on the etherum network by deploying smart contracts, etc which has made an immense growth for the etherum markets. A lot of big whales and investors are holding etherum in their bag and it might happen for a reason. We all can expect higher price for etherum soon.

Yes, we are expecting something positive value to ETH coin when we see active development release from the ETH team and this will definitely help the ETH to increase its price more than 300$. The only problem is there is no exact ETA when they are going to release the ETH 2.0 this makes many people are kept waiting patiently.

There is a major upgrade and they are behind the timeline and the bear market has swallowed everything and i am not expecting any individual rally in ETH, when they released the coin i never expected it will cross $100 let alone a huge rally to $1k but it reached those valuation and then came down but to see a rally again is difficult unless investors are stocking in it.I know the market will eventually and I am waiting for major coins like ETH to pump high again,... it could happen because ETH has some real development and this ETH 2.0 hopefully will be launch this year so it will create hype.
When the bitcoin market moves higher the ETH market move along with it and that is the only rally i am expecting.The money has to come from somewhere. As the overall crypto marketcap increases, you'll see the price of all of the alts start to increase as well. ETH more than likely will end up going up in price. I just don't see how it wouldn't with the new updates coming and the apparent bull run coming at the same time. People are and will be investing in it for a while. I think this will increase even more once you're able to stake it.

I really do hope so as I have been hodling my ethereum since the last bullish period 2 years ago. I think with the latest development of ethereum that allows proof of staking to supporters, eth would likely pump this year. Its price has stabilized right now and the only way to go is to go up.
This year eth will regain what it lost last year. The market and self expectations will pump the price. Its current price is very low and need to start from any point, and this point is very close. There has now been a 35-40% increase in price, and there will be even more. So, I suggest you wait a little longer, when you reach an affordable price this year, you make your choice.I've been going over BTC's charts, and I just didn't feel comfortable, so I went short with all my alts. My goal of short term profit was achieved, but now I'm on a 'wait and see.'

I think that ETH will be in the bear market all 2020 year, but it is also possible that changes in its price may begin after a successful transition to POS. many people now do not believe that the transition to a new mining algorithm is a good idea, but I think that if the ETH team will do everything right, then later people will understand why this is necessary and will actively buy ETH.
It's hard to determine it yet whether it will be successful as some fears change especially in top altcoins, but if it will be implemented correctly and will get praises from users then later on it may gain fruits that will be appreciated by many. Let's not just expect too much yet as we're still getting hard to get away from the bear market. 
Guys, calm down, ETN needed to be bought while it cost <$ 100 in December 2018 and early January 2019, to take profits in the summer in July 2019 and to work X2-X3, now everything can turn out badly if you take it right now, as you can see the price below 100 $
