No change and problem unresolved. Whether the ethereum developers are working on, I doubt if they think about it. To this day I can not make transactions in myetherwallet and can not trade on etherdelta. When I have set the gas and gwei larger than the standard, but still can not transact.

ethereum network has always been as safe as it gets, ignoring all the ETH hacks that have happened so far of course. and it is still the same safe as before. the problem is that you can not send any transactions because the network is heavily congested and it is not able to process all these transactions despite having 13 second blocks!!!!

Not yet. Ethereum Network is still congested due to crypto-kitties. If you're trying to send some Ethereum or ERC20 tokens. Make sure you will set your gas to 200,000 & Gwei for 50 and above. It will be fast as fuck.

For the past two days due to the congestion on Ethereum Network, I wasnt able to check my balance, but today I can. Has the problem of the network being solved?
You mean the cryptokities overload the transaction of ETH? Sorry but last I check, I still have to pay more than usual fuel.

just small problem, as i know, the  problem now is from cryptokities, but i read some message on telegram, it will fix soon.
cryptokities is not the main problem for Eth network, the problem is lots of ico, app running base on Eth network now so it get slow in transaction.

yes I still trust ETH because some apps also have issues but it doesn't mean it is not safe. Maybe they are upgrading their system and adding additional security features.
If they are upgrading their network, wont they have inform users to be cautious as we see in the case of Bitcoin Forking.

I hope they fix the problem with the network. Many people including me had invested a lot of time in Ethers and Altcoins.

Please fix it

as i think, ethereum is very safe, there is no hacker on ethereum yet, but maybe in the future, it may be hacked, so not thing can be safe, and dont worry about pending on ethereum now, as long as nothing is scammed, your money will get to your wallet soon.

What do you mean you couldnt check your balance? Which wallet are you using? The network today is as backlogged as it was a couple days ago, so nothing should've changed in that regard... But you should always be able to check your balance, that doesn't have anything to do with the number of pending transactions on the system.
I use Myetherwallet. My account was reading negative 1, but now is normal.

Nothing is ever safe in crypto, it can be secure to a certain degree but that still depends on how the user behaves. Regarding Ethereum network, the vulnerabilities of smart contracts are well seen, with many hacks happening this year especially with Parity wallets, with the DAO still fresh in memory from 2016. But people will say these are not the failings of the blockchain but smart contract. And that is partially true. But if the blockchain itself can help identify these vulnerabilities before allowing them to be added, that would be great. Anyway, let us wait for the 2.0 version which is supposed to be faster and more secure.

Until they fix the network and I get my money from pending transactions, I don't trust anything with ETHEREUM right now. The cryptokitties totally screwed everything up and the greedy miners won't let our pending transactions through, so basically our money is getting hijacked. When I can't get access to MY FUNDS WHEN I NEED IT, that for me is a no-no. I liked crypto because of fast transactions, now I have 2k usd sitting in cyberspace that I can't get hold of when I need this money to live on is very frustrating, just because a network can't cope with oen stupid cybercat site.  Embarrassed
