Of course everyone has to be responsible for himself, changing times cannot be used as an excuse for someone to be irresponsible because of the many stories about changing times that sometimes don't look good anymore there are still many people who live responsibly even though the environment around them doesn't look good. The person lives his/her days very disciplined and has targets for what he wants to achieve in his/her life, maybe he/she doesn't see a role model or gets support from his/her family to achieve success but he/she can do it by living discipline and doing everything that is his/her responsibility well and the results he/she can enjoy as a successful person.
Technology can be two different things for each person, it can be destructive and also helpful if it is used properly, even though people around us use technology and do not provide benefits, but if we want to learn it, it will help us achieve success in life.

If it's about the question on the title, yes. We're all responsible for what will be the outcome of our actions and what will be our future.
And for those situations that you've mentioned, there's the society that's playing the big part of someone's growth. If we're not seeing the type of growth that we're wanting, we should change what we do.
It's not an easy thing to be done but if you don't want to get stuck from wherever you are right now. Change is constant and the only thing you need to do.
One factor that results to those that you mentioned is technology. I guess everyone have an idea as why technology is being dragged on this.

Is every body absolutely responsible for the out come of his or her life,with the look of things this era is going out of track boys have modenised the rituals of our father in those days,the love of money has taken over the love of God in the hrt of the people,pride has come to take the place of respect in this generation,teachers no longer decipline student anymore,you do that student comes to you with his cult group and mess you up or his parent deals with the teacher,student some student not read any more thay said schooling is a scarm,what a generatio and were are we going the 419 boys has overwhelmed the genuine ones,trusth no longer exist.
All the things you have mentioned are all choices that have been made by these people. So you can say that the outcome of someone's life depends on the choices they make. When your choices and actions align, you will get results, but when your choices and your actions do not align, the results will not be what you want. Some people make bad choices because their actions are easier to align with for quick results, but it is not the best because the future should be considered always whenever a choice is to be made.

OP do not be deceived by what you have seen because reading through your post it's looking more like your writing based on the things that are happening around you and I can see the pains hidden in your expression and all I can say to you is this, even though you find yourself in a society or an environment where abnormal things are happening, try to be an example to people because your future depends on your ability to make good decisions so take responsibility to make things better and trust me you future will be better.
Some of the cases you mentioned here can only happen in some countries where there is lawlessness so may be you should be specific when your pointing out some wrong happenings in the society because you will agree with me that so many countries have good standard way of living and things are done orderly there.

Everybody is responsible for his or her future. I don't believe in fate. I don't believe anything was destined to happen in our lives. If somebody is from a poor background and he uses that as an excuse then it's only an excuse. Yea, things will be hard. Yea, you won't have opportunities but your life is all in your hands. You have decisions to make for your life.
Nobody was born to be poor, nobody was born to be a killer or a leader. Some people have it easier than others, that's life, but you are solely responsible for your future.
In some cases environment and biological relation and interaction shape the outcome of someone life and even at a level we are thought about the various contribution of external factors to the destiny of anyone. That being said, you are very correct also to place the destiny of any individual in their own hands and that is the real fact since we have equal 24-hour allocation daily to make out whatever we want in life and our future and whatever direction we take determined the outcome of the person life.
Opportunities come to all and what we make of them is what matters, and also focus can change the faith of things in any direction so everyone must be sure of what their focus is in life.

The government needs to create basic amenities that would assist members of society to live good and peaceable life. Security of lives and properties, employment, and educational opportunities should be some of the responsibilities of the government. Parents have the responsibility of raising their children based on acceptable moral standards. They should also work hard to provide for the basic needs of their children so that they will not lack the necessary support that will make them excel in life. Parents should be good role models that should act the way they want their children to behave.
Every adult is responsible for his success and failure. You cannot blame anyone for your failure in life. Hard work and determination should be the guiding principle of everyone that wants to be successful. There is no shortcut to success so engaging in crime to make money will lead to jail term or even death.

Definitely yes, forget about those people that are doing the opposite thing and thinks that that is the best life,they shall all reap from what they have sown. For those students who don't want to be disciplined by their teachers and will later attack the teacher with their cult group after he has disciplined them. I will not blame them but rather I will blame the school authority for admitting such hoodlums and wayward students into the school, and if such report comes to the school,those set of students should be expelled because it shows that they are bigger than learning.

Actually, from my own understanding if you have attended the secondary education, there might be no need to go to a tertiary education with the way life is getting difficult everyday. Inflation and bad government is also contributing to the citizens hardship. If you can learn a skill,it will be better,than wasting your time and funds without securing a good job after studies.
