I am having this same problem. I was getting very close to the minimum payout amount to confirm whether it should be added to the Free Bitcoin Sites list.

Actually I have already added this site to the Free Bitcoin Sites thread, due in large part to threads like this one where people confirm payouts.
But of course if this problem doesn't get fixed I will have to remove it again...
