That's what yo call limiting yourself in gambling, and with that you can lose but you can easily recover because you are just betting the amount that you can afford to lose. The only solution to gambling not wreck your life is to set a weekly or monthly bankroll and stick religiously to it. This money should always be money you can afford to lose. You should not add other money if you lose it. This way you start your gambling journey weekly or monthly and even if you lose you don't care and don't regret losing money.

It could help you relax, but I don't think that it coudl improve your life... If you are a gambler, the tendency is you'll gamble your money, we all know that our position in gambling is more on the losing side..Aside from that, a gambler always try other gambling, as long as they could see that it is an instant money if they win...

I just had an average bet, very small typical bet. It does not go to the point that it wrecks my life. First of all, we should destroy our grandiose expectations that gambling can make us rich. shit thinking like this makes us gamble and gamble again, chasing losses with higher wages believing that this time we can really hit the jackpot.

Second, we should enter the world of gambling with the mindset that it can make us addictive and lose control. we should gamble with discipline and strong will to walk away win or lose. walk away when we win and not be tempted to gamble again for a higher pot, walk away when we lose and not be tempted to chase our losses with higher bet.
