gambling only produce momentary pleasure, then you will feel miserable
of course after a gambling game in progress you will feel sad because most players end up with a loss. they just have fun while playing it only. there may be some player wins. but it will not be long after they tried to gamble again and end with lost

I'm a big advocate of responsible gambling, so gambling itself hasn't really ruined my life. For me, I see my losses as the fee for the fun I had. I stop playing when I feel that I don't want to pay any more for that level of enjoyment.
yeah the important thing is you know the time when you should stop gambling. do not push yourself to continue gambling. I'm sure it will be ended with damage to your life. then do not force it to recover defeatAgreed! Knowing when to stop is very important. Cut your losses and walk away happy or at least not unhappy.

That's exactly why i would never gamble with more then .3 btc. It's a game meant for entertainment and only entertainment. If you get addicted you will end up osing most of your money..
