Yeah its not good for kids. me personally when i was a kid i also gamble with my playmates i thought its fine, my parents were both working so i can do what i want everyday. later on i realized its not good for minors and i dont want my kids to be like that too.

I haven't noticed that when I am chatting when gambling... But I do notice that some are really immature or just pretending like that for them to easily fool us, maybe to ask tip? I don't know... But I think you have a point there that many could fake their age since gambling sites are not asking for any proof of our real age and any personal information, it is possible that some kids are really signing up on those and playing... Maybe they will start to gamble at those easier one like dices..

Considering the fact that people can easily sign up on a gambling site using a fake age and then start gambling, I am sure many kids do gamble.

Also considering the content of the chats of some popular gambling sites these days, I am very much sure some 9-12 year-old kids and these kids are rolling dice, hoping to earn some profit.

Thats's true, but I don't think being cool is great, for me it is better that you teach your kids how to become a good person when he/she grows up and for me that was the coolest thing you will teach in your kids.

Why not? Depends about what age we are talking about. When I was a kid we also played gambling games, but it were primitive like putting a coin in the air and snap each other on foreheads. Isn't it also kind of gambling? I think it is. Gambling is fun and no matter in which age people get that fun.

if the parents were disciplined as well they would not tolerate their children to deal with gambling even though they are dealing with gambling . they are responsible enough for doing that but of course children does the same thing what their parents are doing .

Gambling can be taught to kids just to give them some opinions but it is not made for them. It can't be played by them because they don't have work to use as a source of money. They're not smart enough to gamble. They don't have experience in gambling so they will end up loosing money.

Once a kid is old enough to work for his own money and pay their own bills, then they should be old enough to gamble. Once they learn how much it hurts to lose all their hard earned money gambling, they may learn to be more responsible. And it may teach them to avoid the behavior altogether.

indeed, because we don't know how will become the kids in future, if their kids become a gamblers and the bad news, their kids become addicted with gambling then its the big problem to cure. so i think we should not allow our kids to watch any gambling games or make a bet in any situations, or if we are able to explain to them, then we can exlain about bad of playing gambling games.

When I was a kid, that was my gambling too, and since I only have few penny I am afraid to lose, and that is the reason why I never gamble much that time. I used to gamble when I was a kid....And, I loved it! I'd lag pennies....play heads and tails...etc. I actually learned a great deal about probability from those experiences. However, I don't believe children have the maturity level to understand the value of work well enough to handle money responsibly, so they should not gamble until they've learned the lessons provided by engaging in a healthy work ethic before they begin to gamble.

Well even though there are strict parents and doing everything just to make their kids grow up properly. But sometimes the environment itself is the cause.

There are some kids that are very curious with everything so even a child was raised properly by his parents he is just going to be influenced by those people who are always with.

But gambling is not really for kids and kids must realized it.

Not all parents know their kids very well anymore this days...Most kids do their own stuffs and keep it secret... Kids who gamble and keeps it a secret looks like a smart kid to me, but not in a good way...Seriously, kids should always be told about bad effects of gambling and that they should not do it as it is not a good habit... But if you are a parent and gambles also, then I think it will be hard for you to teach your kids not to do it...

That's true, gambling is just made for an entertainment of a mature persons and not for kids. Gambling is really not made for kids and it is not fit for them, they don't know how to handle situation and they don't know how to have self-control.
