Not sure about lake, but BTC-e only reports a small piece of the orderbook
For instance

if there is no full order book, how do people make decisions to trading??

Uh, you buy or sell? I mean... what? Your question doesnt even make sense, and I'm not talking about the broken English. I know what you're asking, and the question is totally illogical as it implies the only information used in daytrading is the orderbook of the exchange being traded on.

That is not even remotely true. I mean, its so wrong I dont think there is any hope in explaining it to you. I know I'm being a total dick but that question just screams of ignorance so much that it actually pisses me off.

btc-e doesn't care about AML & KYC - it'll always have a place and piece of action

but lately, it seems the Chinese are the ones buying and driving things up

yeah btc-e dont care it, but as long as you deposit / withdraw fiat, you must follow it.
you should deposit and withdraw cyptocurrency.

fiat on btc-e is not only complex but also the too high fee

Why did BTC-e and LakeBTC reluctant to open all orders to users?

It could possibly have something to do with performance. I've seen people flood orderbooks with micro orders.
Micro-orders and sending the full orderbook to all clients would cause a significant load on their server(s) causing the exchange to go all laggy.
Basically that's what happen(ed)(s) to Cryptsy where the exchange becomes unusable if to many orders flow through.

And why do you need the full orderbook? A lot of fake orders in there and virtual walls  Tongue

If you want to get fiat out of BTC-e, it has one of the worst KYC/AML rules. Getting verified on Mayzus MoneyPolo or OKPAY takes forever and they always seem to nitpick on your documents. I don't get where this 'BTC-e has easy KYC/AML' comes from.

On BTC-e, how is so little orders support the volume? It looks a fairly low price, always is. Why people trade on BTC-e for its' really high deposit and withdraw fee?

On LakeBTC.com, I can't understand why they give only 50 pending orders, for dark pool?? There asks completely suppressed bids, so many people buy cheaper bitcoins on it?

On Bitstamp, it has a very plenty of market depth, it seem the price bottom is $280, and the top is $530?

Do you think it's time to buy lots of bitcoins now? the new bottom is?
