It's almost always good price for buying Bitcoin, except in rare occasions when it is on ATH. In the long run it's price is going to end being higher then it currently is, no matter if you bought it now or month before or month later. If you have it, it will gain price sooner or later, that's the nature of the game. It's important to have some, in a few years you will see how laughable is if you bought it some percentage points cheaper or more expensive.
