how safe something is is impossible for us to say bitcoins as with all investments have a possibility to lose you money instead of making you money , so just invest money you can afford to lose so you dont ruin your life in the same rate as your investments is falling

I consider everything around less than $400 as a cheap price. Yes the price somehow back in track after the pullout of the last major bad news. I really believe, with some basis somehow that this is the last time we can see a cheap price if it will not spoiled by non economical reason to bring dip into the price.

i think this price will survive for long time (maybe 1month)
this is accumulation time, more trader will buy bitcoin under $400 then we will see new high price maybe we will reach $600 in next month

The price dropped just 20%. It is not a lot at all. The price of bitcoin is volatile historically any way.

And to consider that the recent bad news really affect price but now look, it's not dip too much and the price are back from scratch in building some support and resistance to climb up again to $400. I see the attempt of drama is a failed.

Regardless of my bitcoin optimitism, I see price will kick back again in the upcoming weeks or months. I consider below $400 as a cheap price and really a cheap price because we can't see another price like this after halving.

The price will go back to $400 levels after a week or two, if not earlier. It seems that the dumping is over and people can slowly look forward again. A lot people were hoping for the price to go sub $400 so they can buy at these levels, and here it is. It's a good chance to enter the market or simply increase your coin count for maximum profit after the halving.

If you are planning for a long term investment you can go for it because now the price has fallen, also you won't sell it in a short term. you are just gonna hold it with you. It will take few months or years for gradual growth and can earn the value of one bitcoin as profit if you hold it and wait for the proper time patiently
