Not a good advice, as I would say to just get in and accumulate as much coins as you can, because as much the price goes lower these days, the harder you will be seeing the pump being made more huge...
I have to agree with relq , but also it depends on your goals and also it depends on how much can you watch the market and the price movement.
for example, if you are busy and can't check the price multiple times or don't know hot to use a bot to do that for you then you have to buy bitcoin right now and hold it for a couple of months and don't worry about these temporary dips.
but on the other hand if you can dedicate time or have some form of automation for the process and if you are good at speculation you should wait for the price to reach the bottom and then buy all you want there. otherwise waiting can mean losing the opportunity to buy in the dip and you may be forced to buy at higher prices.
