i'm not sure, it's really confused but as for me i still buy bitcoin untill now for long term investment purpose, i also keep my balance which i want to sell after halving, i trully believe that the price would be up, so i'm advising you to make a research before make a decision, there are only two possibilities after you buy, the price go up or go down, goodluck for you

everytime is good time for buy bitcoin but will suggest you don't buy btc at 400$+ price cos it's then be little risky.btc mostly up 400+ to 500+.. so better buy later.. !
If I had the money, I wouldn't buy at these levels right away. What I would do is wait for a price pullback, which I am sure is going to happen. I am not sure when that would be but bitcoin has been known to have wild price swings and the patient ones are those who are rewarded for waiting, not for the perfect time, but just at the right time.
If you have a lot of money, why not to buy bitcoin now because the price is continue rising like increasing $100 in just a few days. So why not to take the risk of investing on bitcoin and after you buy bitcoin just wait for the right time to sell your bitcoin.
