polka dots have shown good coin positioning for some time. but for the price it is better to buy now when the price has not increased significantly. look at the current polka dot position at $26.79 i think it will be easy to reach the price at $27 in the near future so take the best time to get on the polka dot before it's too late
Well We just got a nice dip in the market so maybe its time to consider getting a bag but its up to you to decide where you see dot going but honestly with the para-chain auction and roadmap Its only a matter of time before smart contact start operating on dots and seriously I think dot will manage its ecosystem liquidity than any other chain

I don't think you should be asking people on the internet about what to do with your money. Seems silly. We are all guessing here basically, and your guess could be better than ours. Trust yourself. If you like the project, invest and have a game plan. Don't focus on the PA. Focus on the project and whether you think it can deliver value. If it can, it will appreciate. If it can't, it'll depreciate. Simple.
Don't generelized us by your opinion about guessing only. Maybe you are talking in behalf of newbie traders community. Guessing is different from predicting since you have supporting evidence to your prediction by using technical and fundamental analysis while guessing his making a decision base on your feelings alone.
The current market is declining and most of the altcoins including DOT is pulling by the dipping price of Bitcoin. Its better to halt on trading for a while and wait for positive confirmation about reversal. Buying right now is gambling.

Hopefully you bought during the big sale in the past day and DOT is also a good one, you just have to set up your buying and selling price because its not good to just hold without having any plan. If you have the money to invest, you also have to diversify and don’t go all in with DOT because that is too risky. 
Yes this is the best time to buy polkadot. Because Polkadot can upgrade without hard forks to integrate new features or fix bugs. This capability enables Polkadot to easily adapt to changes and upgrade itself as better technologies become available. Now in the future after Ethereum will see a huge user class on the Polkadot network, Its future is also very bright, because it is based on web 3 platform also. Recently Polcadot which has got high market cap. I bought polkadot in my portfolio for 35 $.Now I'm waiting for the price to come down. If it gets around 30 $ I'll buy more polkadot.
The dynamic agile system that they have gives them a good amount of chance to improve quickly. However, the development process is the biggest problem that most places have. For example ETH could move to ETH 2.0 tomorrow if they wanted to, I mean yeah it would take a lot longer than 1 day but it would be very quickly, they would have done that already. Why did they not do it already? They need to get the whole market ready for it, which is why there is a good chance that I assume that the problem is not being able to agile, it is about the fact that you need the whole community behind something.If you are not waiting for the community and doing it just because you want, then you are going to end up with centralization questions from the community. It is good method if you want to improve quickly and end up not getting any problems from community, otherwise not that much change.

I think today is the best time to buy dot, market is now slowly recovering from the dip. Not only dot it is also an advantage to buy some altcoins that is now still down at price because once the Bitcoin price fully recover or being stable again above 50k$ we will see altcoin pump. 
Looking at the current DOT price, it looks very attractive to buy, because the DOT price has fallen quite deep. However market conditions are still uncertain after yesterday's decline, If BTC recovers it will be very good, but if not, then I don't expect it.

Dot now price is around $27 actually I didn't want to asumption this but it seems market is trapped in a bear ,price drop that may not take long has a major impact on altcoins in general such as polkadots ! some community analyzes predicting prices continue to fall could happen because other stock prices have also shrink due to the C-19 variant If you want a long term investment ,this might be the right time

Whether it is or not a good time to buy dot, it depends more in the general crypto trend than in the coin itself, but if they want to become a trusted store of value they should focus on increasing their reliability (hopefully I only hodled a few bucks which got stuck, but the problem I got discourages me to buy more).

buy now while the price is still low, 16% drop in the last 7 days is a good shot for you to purchase .Polkadot is one of the most active coin this year and really made it on top even with so many attacks so Yes this is the Best time not just good.

If you're waiting for at least a few days and then you got a very big discount caused by bitcoin and whole of the market has been going down to the bottom. It seems like yesterday could become the best time to buy some DOT and you can get an instant return. If you have bought this coin a few days ago before the big dump and you're still in a big loses caused by the market was only recovering slowly. This time it's still the best time to buy some DOT coins from the market. The discount is still happening and it seems like the last day has become the day for crypto to get the last dump before bitcoin will be mooning again. You can see bitcoin all-time chart and it shows that if we are facing another parabolic chart. It seems like the current price is still a good price to accumulate some dot.
