We have often witnessed in the bull run that Bitcoin's value increases and once it becomes stable at a certain limit that's when bull run officially starts for Altcoins and we have seen same cycle in previous two bull runs. But, this time we are witnessing a different scenario as we have seen increase in the price of Bitcin but it's yet to reach ATH and it's still continuing to increase but Altcoin's are going bonkers and having more than 100% increase and it's not limited to few but most of the Altcoin is following similar trend.

Should be consider this as new trend wherein Altcoins will have bullrun before Bitcoin? Or this is once in a blue moon thing? It cannot be a bull trap since it's happening for multiple Altcoins.
A bull run usually depends on BTC. Various altcoins started to bull when BTC run from the dip to the high price. Not all coins are equally bullish. If we look at the movements of some altcoins in recent times, we see that some coins are increasing in price while some coins are not increasing. If we look at XRP that coin has often stayed at the same position for a long time but some other coins have already increased multiples times. The bottom line is that some altcoins will continue to be bullish after a bull market begins, while some altcoins may even high in bullish momentum. As far as I know, this is how bull runs happen in the history of crypto.

Basically, I think when a bull market starts, all market positions change. We have seen many altcoins rise and move higher as Bitcoin rises. Accordingly, I think that altcoins, like Bitcoin, have started a bull market, and this season the market position is demanding from the lows to the highs. If the Bitcoin market reaches a peak ATH, then the altcoin market also tends to reach a peak ATH and the bull season begins in all coins.
It changes in a way that prices or the direction is going upwards. If some coins are already there, they will just continue it. There is also a change in the position or ranking of the coins, as some can gain a huge volume, so they will overtake the other normal performing coins. There is no bull run yet that happened. What we saw are still a recovery from the recent bear market.

And BTC is the starter of it. The rest will just follow after it. All should hold on as it won't take long for us to witness those positive movements. Apart of that, it is also a good idea to keep adding more coins to our stash. And as usual, those must only be good coins only.

The connection between Bitcoin and altcoins is a connection that many have tried to break, but all attempts have been unsuccessful, how long this connection will last is unknown, so for now it should be treated as par for the course. If Bitcoin rises or falls, it can only mean one thing - the cryptocurrency market has begun to move.
You know quite well that the movement of bitcoin or the increment of bitcoin mean a lot in all cryptocurrencies because the movement of bitcoin in the market makes all other coins to have positive in the market as per say, so cryptocurrencies, falling and rising of bitcoin really affects other cryptocurrencies like altcoins so that is while I always said that bitcoin pilot the affairs of other cryptocurrencies in the market.

Please can you explain what you mean by, "And i believe when bitcoin reach new all time high there will be altcoin season because many people already lose money in bitcoin then they want to gamble with altcoin". Are you saying after the ATH investors loose their money? Where did that theory come from?
from the chart history. Usually after bitcoin ATH follow by altcoin season because they have bitcoin to spend

What I know that happens is that Bitcoin makes the move and then Altcoins follow. But let’s not forget that Bitcoin started this move, even if it’s been hovering for a while now.
It's not because what you believe in, It's because buying power from altcoin/bitcoin pair.

For example the price of dogecoin is 1k satoshi at moment, one min later bitcoin price increase 10%.
Then trading bot automaticaly buying doge/stable coin pair and sell doge/bitcoin. So it makes people see if bitcoin price increase, altcoin always follow suit

Actually the reason for this is, since Bitcoin of he first crypto coin, not all altcoins can be bought directly. For you to buy them, you first need to buy bitcoin and then swap to those altcoins. And before you can sell them, you still need to swap to bitcoin before you can sell. So its more like Bitcoin is the intermediary of those coin. So when the price of Bitcoin increase they also increase and when Bitcoin decrease they decrease, any trend Bitcoin takes they follow. However from my point of view of things, it seems they will experience the bull run with Bitcoin. Change is constant, anything can happen anytime so just be prepared for anything that might come.
I think you are right but the thing is that any altcoins that is been listed in binance have a possibility of having positivity at any point in time, what I really want us to understand is that altcoins can be purchased directly if the altcoins is been listed in big exchange platform but a situation that is not been listed I believe that it be hard before you can equally swap it to another coin base on my understanding.

Altcoins are doing well in this mini bull market of Bitcoin. All the altcoins I have seen last year were doing well even the newly created once like Eloncoin were doing good because when Eloncoin came it was rating very far from reaching one dollar and we were even deliberating that before Eloncoin will reach one dollar it will be 5 to 8 years to come but surprisingly, I saw the coin with $0.00033 which is very close to a dollar. And with that within 2 to 3 years it might hit one dollar. And the the coin is fast growing by listing in some of the exchanges in the in the cryptocurrency ecosystem Marketplace.

Yes it is a new trend for altcoins because the growing level is more than before.

Ever since the altcoins never made their own trend, they only just followed Bitcoin. In the current situation, I can't say it was a bull trap but still, we need to be careful in choosing a coin to invest. Since the price of Bitcoin is charging high, it is expected for some altcoins to pump as well but for some reason why we should be careful because some of them are fake pumps. You'll be asking why this coin had pumping knowing that it was no use case, and why the demand increases knowing that it was shitcoins, we could be thinking about manipulation and that is what we have to avoid in falling such a trick.

In either of the case, all what I'm waiting for is the expected bull run. Bitcoin has a great effect on the position of most altcoin. Although not all altcoin will make it again in the next bull run but one can still get some with good potential with good research.

Well said, Bitcoin is a major lead to the performance of almost all the altcoins, however, during the bullrun, it's not all the currencies that rises along together with Bitcoin, some do fall at such particular moment while after the bullrun they rises again while some never did, we can see the way some coins perform well even when Bitcoin is not rising and they do that because they have a lot of genuine investors ready to take the project to the next phase, at the e end of it all, we are all taking the risk for choosing alts for our investment.

Bitcoins is still the basis and what we are seeing right now is just a normal trend and we know that in bull trend, every good crypto will also have the chance to pump and the altcoins are also part of it. If you are going to look into a brighter side, altcoins pump is a good one and for sure Bitcoin will also follow that. The dominance of Bitcoin is still present, what will happen to Bitcoin can also affect altcoins in the long run.
Bitcoin was the trigger and it will continue to happen. when Bitcoin is bullish then some altcoins will also be bullish following the price of bitcoin such as ETH which always follows the price of Bitcoin. If Bitcoin's dominance decreases and Bitcoin tends to stabilize, this will be an opportunity for altcoins to start recovering in price so that there will be an Alt season that everyone is waiting for. We will be close to the next altseason, so we need to get ready with the assets we hold.

Yes, this phenomenon often occurs after a strong bull run in Bitcoin, where investors and traders try to diversify their cryptocurrency portfolios and allocate altcoin funds. Investors may consider increasing their positions in certain altcoins that they believe have strong growth potential. Many traders try to time market cycles by strategically entering and exiting positions in altcoins based on the performance of Bitcoin and the broader cryptocurrency market. I think most altcoins follow the same pattern, but trust should be placed on established coins in the market from the past.

Others only invest in some legit new altcoins because they are aware of others that have no real updates and have only been created for the purpose of pump-and-dump scams so that they can fool investors. This is their old tactic and most people are fallen into this due to their lack of knowledge when they choose their first altcoins to invest their money with. If only they had taken some time to learn how to protect their investment from these kinds of projects we could have seen a few fake projects but they don't usually do that step and the result is we often see new altcoins created for that very purpose every month.

First, you have to explain which altcoin rose drastically by 100%? I think the price movements of some altcoins alone cannot represent other altcoins. and even as far as I know, the movement of large altcoins such as ETH and BNB in a positive trend this time still tends to be the same as bitcoin price movements.
Are you looking for a coin with an increase of up to 100% within 2023?

Yes, the altcoin lineup does have a lot of flow, especially eth, I don't hesitate to keep eth even though the price is so high or even when the price continues to drop dump, I remain confident. it's not as deep as Bitcoin but the percentage may be similar, for me eth is the only altcoin that can recover up to half of the current ATH throughout 2023.
===========================================================

During the pump season including coin cloning, fraud and unclear projects also participate in the pump, this should be a concern even when rising to manipulate and when rugpull and just run away, moments like this are very vulnerable especially if the project claims benefits that make no sense, it is too sweet to believe, the boast will become poison.

It is better to buy major altcoins at this time, if you can save because waiting for the bearish season to approach halving can certainly go up again in Q1 2024.

In a season where #altcoins are flying, I’m excited at the potential of all the altcoins and as so I have been bagging a lot of tokens without even knowing them.

With the utilities attached to this gem and integration of innovative features of altcoins, its poised for 100x pump so I think, but still risking what I can afford to loose!

The market has seen a lot of faster in the past few months, when the price of bitcoin was stable above $ 43k, and then came to see great bounces in different coins. Crypto currency markets have good coins, but not all have the capacity, If you are buying without research and knowledge, you are not getting any information about these tokens, So of course you can get more loss than profit. The reason for this is that sometimes when the market is going up, many Coins are also pumped that have no future, but their pumps are timely. Those who invest in it can get a loss rather than earn a profit.

So, your unknowing buying decision is not correct. Secondly, there are thousands of coins in the market right now. All these coins can never give 100x return, but there are very few coins that can give you 100x return so you should think a lot while choosing. Cryptocurrency carries risk with profit. It should never be ignored, but our best picks can definitely help reduce it.

I've seen this cycle twice and it will probably repeat itself
For me, I don't think we need a new all-time high of Bitcoin. What I am waiting for is a massive volume of altcoins and Bitcoin will go in sideways price, with no dumping or pumping. Then altcoins will make their own move to pump.
But you have a point also about the new all-time high of Bitcoin, because for sure some Bitcoin profits will transition to altcoins.
That's just my speculation based on Bitcoin data charts so far. It's not nessesary need a new all-time high for bitcoin.
Most altcoin now gain some momentum more than 10 to 50% up
Usually yes, when people buy bitcoin sometimes they will go shooping for altcoin

During the bull market all cryptocurrency pumps, it doesn't matter if its a good cryptocurrency or not and when you see a cryptocurrency pumping don't think it's a good cryptocurrency that's why it's pumping. Scammers also pump their scam coins during the bull market so they can sell their tokens to new individuals just entering the market and thinking they can make big profits like what they see on social media from influencers and the profits that they're making.

Without Bitcoin pumping altcoins won't pump as altcoins are depending on Bitcoin. During the bull market, Bitcoin would have to pump first therefore if that hasn't happened yet we haven't entered the bull market. What is happening to the market isn't the bull market but as many individuals are waiting for the bull market, they're buying cryptocurrency and it's affecting the price therefore making it to look like a bull market.

Usually the altcoins bullrun will take place near or after the Bitcoin halving, or usually when Bitcoin is also in a bullish era. However, it is possible that this cycle is not true for all altcoins. Because we have lots of altcoins, both old and new, of course they have their own phases, especially those that are still new or certain coins that in fact have something that can push these coins to skyrocket before the bullish era of Bitcoin occurs. For example, SOL's development is quite surprising. Once again, cycles in crypto space may change. And it's possible that each coin will be different. That's why we always check our portfolio to see whether it meets the target or not so that we don't miss out on opportunities to take profits. However, I myself am sure that when Bitcoin is bullish, most altcoins will also follow suit.
