ICO is always a good investment for me. Since this is a new investment trend, so many scam artists use ICO to scam, which makes people do not believe in ICO. Want to succeed with ICO you study the project you want to invest to make the right decision.
Everybody say "SCAM" about majority of icos. Why?
Time is gone or this is alltime background of icos?
For example. I'm really interested in few projects that will start their icos same day. Utrust and Confideal.
Both of them got muuuch hype around.

If you believe those projects, then do your own job of researching every detail. In the end it's your decision and it's your money, if you think those projects are good -- invest but don't blame others if something happened to your money.
I don't think it's the right time to invest in ICO.
A bitcoin fork is coming which will likely increase the price of bitcoin.

Im also hearing that upcoming fork is a reason for reduced interest in ICOs. Are other people having similar impression?
ICO's are still standing strong amidst the hype AND government regulation frenzy.
I would go with cybermiles imo. Strong partnership with 5miles (12 million users) and fantastic idea that applies to everyone as a consumer.

If you had found an ICO which is not a scam or just a failed coin then it is a great time to invest as due to the hardfork bitcoins prices are increasing which would cause ICOs market to mostly fall and then you can buy that ICO.But it is really hard to find the good or even a decent ICO and most likely you would lose money while investing in ICOs if you are not carefully enough.

You will see after a few months if it was a right time to invest in ICOs. Opinions are divided a lot of people are scared of ICOs mainly because of some infromations about scam. But to be honest i think that not every ICO is scam, for sure you will find some but not every in generall. The fundamentals are great research(for your own), people's recomendation, dvelopers and usage of project.

ICO is becoming more and more popular but the level of credibility of projects is not always trusted, so many projects deceptive, many people have lost faith in it. However, I think not all of them. There are still many successful and potential projects. It is important that we need to learn the ICO project information carefully in order to make informed decisions and get more profit
Any new ICO coin which isn't a scam and has a decent whitepaper is probably a good time to invest and take your chances.

Now the market is falling and I'd rather wait before investing in some sort of ICO.
Currently, its a boom of ICOs, if you are lucky and get some coins at cheap price at least from 10 investments if you get 2 wright boom, thats it you gonna have some value later on. even though 90% of the startups fail it is still worth to invest.

Investment in ICO is always risky because you never know that this ico will be successful or not, some times project is very good but the team is not very expert, most of the icos now a days are low profile so i suggest you not to participate in any iCO and if you are interested in that project then buy coins when they are listed on exchanges.
Think, a lot of ICOs are feaks. So - if you want to invest in any ICO - you have to learn all info that you can find about this ICO. Also, find all info about similar ICOs and understand why these ICOs failed or successed. And compare with your ICO.
And last one - just say bye to your money. It helps to avoid worries.

I think when bitcoin prices rise very high, investment in ICO is not the right time. because it is usually difficult to achieve a target, even the price is difficult to increase when listing in the market.
experience during the investment in ICO is quite profitable, but I also sometimes get the scam project. but I still believe to invest in ICOs, because most of ICOs are successful than scam.
