What?, let's correct your opinion, I saw when bitcoin price rising, most of altcoin down. when bitcoin price down, over percent altcoin price most likely down by btc. It's bad for altcoin when bitcoin price still unstable.

I dun think it is bad. From what I see bitcoin prices do not correlate to altcoins that much nowadays. In fact it seems the reverse
In my opinion to put in altcoins if bitcoin goes down is very good and when the BTC price rises, then all altcoins will go up and you have to choose coins like those who often get profits like eth, Ignis, ADA and BCH, those three coins often generate profits .
At this moment, most of the altcoins are depending on Bitcoin which can be directly or indirectly. If price of bitcoin goes down then most of the coin's price also goes down. So, there is a connection with the price of bitcoin.
