Yeah investing in real estate is the best thing to do as we know real estate price keeps moving up on regular basis which can give you huge returns in future.

Real estate is good but it isn't always the best thing that can be invested in. There are bubbles that exist with a lot of the markets right now, and the values could come crashing down if the bubble doesn't correct itself. There are returns that can be made, and nice returns, but it won't always happen.

Yeah its sure that the price of bitcoin will increase again back because many stores are already use bitcoin as payment and i think buy right now is a good idea and wait in few months or year.. to see that the price will increase again back.

I think waiting for years for selling the coins you have bought would not be really a safe step, because it can drop anytime so it would be better for you to just sell your bought coins when you see a reasonable price that is earning you good enough profits.

No, now we do not have to wait more the price rise has already been started so if someone want to get the profit from that rise then they should have to buy as soon as possible, while with waiting we will just miss the train and then we will wish that why we did not buy some bitcoins at the time when the price of it was at lower value.

I fully agree with you. There is no reason to sell your bitcoins now at this price. If you need money for spending I would advise to use your Fiat money instead. It is better to keep saving your bitcoins. The prices will rise again.

Yeah spending at this stage is not a smart move to make as price is low and selling now will give you lower profits so its better to keep them on hold for the future.
