Yes, it is a very good time to buy any desired altcoin or crypto because now the market is in a bear period thereby making price of coin to fall and if you buy now and hold till the market recover and the bull period starts, then you can sell when the price is high and make reasonable profit on your investment.
Don't invest if you have doubt with your decisions and to invest in the correct time window / timing.
Invest during the dips and don't you start feeling FOMO when the price goes up and almost everything in the crypto market goes bullish. Study and only you know when's the right time to buy.
right or not, I think it's just your heart's will. after you invest, then all the responsibilities and risks are yours. for me, all the time, is the right time to invest, because we will not know which projects will make you successful. all you have to do is be sure. for us now is a good time we buy the price now, because we will also get more profit, with us waiting for higher prices, because now the price is also still cheap, so we will also easily get a better profit.
I was though that recently market is like 2014 market but i am mistaken because 2014 going down pretty bad because of mtgox hacked and this year crypto fundamental is very strong. And mybprediction we are now in the dip and now is the right time to invest in crypto market. Especially top 20 marketcap.
I think if you're going to invest in altcoins in top 20 on Coinmarketcap so it's a really good time to join cause at the moment price of all altcoins in top 20 are really low beside at the moment whole crypto market is rising back but just a little so I think it's still fine if you join right now

It is a normal idea but you shouldn't try to catch the bottom, just watch and buy after you see a confirmation of the bullish market. A lot of people trying to buy the bottom and getting the second or even the third bottom like a gift )
My strategy was to buy in every dip because what i think is that the market will soon recover from the heavy crashes incurred in the past months and hopefully the weak hands will return and buy like crazy
I'm still waiting before investing more. I'm waiting for the market to either fall significantly which I think is possible, or show signs of a clear turnaround.
Right now the market seems to have touched the all time low so it won't be a bad time to invest but you should chose your projects wisely as some Alts are not going to recover and can dip further.

The market is still bullish, and I think this situation can continue more. If you want to make investment in crypto, I think you should make that investment partly, instead of making all buying in a very short time.

Investing right now is a good idea but only if you are willing to wait and hold for a long time, I know that there are many people predicting a recovery by the end of the year, but I am not one of them, I really think the recovery will take years, so if you are not willing to wait you can invest in something else until you see clear signs that the price is about to skyrocket. i am watching the market for a major dip to invest in top 20 alts. The crypto market is falling sharply from the beginning of 2018. I also think this is a reasonable time to invest money in crypto. Recently there is a lot of positive news for the cryptocurrency. So invest in this market confidently
If not too sure then wait in a few days because change can happen with cheaper price (unpredictable), but lest you do not take advantage of the opportunity as it is now, cheap enough for all altcoin, there is nothing wrong for anyone who invests long term, it right to choose the top altcoin after the bullish market then the excellent advantage is on you, the benefits multiply but dry your patience and your own worries,
I think it a very good time to buy more coins from the top 10 for the long term. I'm personally buying more EOS and IOTA also Cardano looks good now.

I think it os the correct window and market can explode in coming weeks, btc is already showing indications of reversal due to invesrse head and shoulders pattern formation also the fundamentals are looking great so i think market is soon gonna make us happy.

Yes this is the time to invest in crypto but it's better to pick the top in the list to further possibility of gaining of good profit, the bear period is the time for the investor to let the business rolling but sometimes it gives pain if you fall into a trap, that is why do it in a smart way. i am watching the market for a major dip to invest in top 20 alts. The market will continue to decline in some of the winners. and then the recovery. You can invest right now or wait to be able to buy at better prices.
