because the price is now rising dramatically
I think it is not about the time of buying because everytime is really a good time to buy but i believe also that its depend on the price because if we buy bitcoin in a high price we are just like wasting our profit or maybe a capital that we put up on a buy and selling process.While if we buy on a low price everything or maybe every day is really an opportunity to gain because of that unstable price and because of that we are really buying it on a low price .
I'm a beginner of bitcoin, and I want to know how to determine the timing of the purchase 
If you like to buy bitcoin now, I think you just wait for the right time. because the value or price of the bitcoin is not steady. It's getting low or high. So for me it's better to save if you have already bitcoin right now. Just wait for the right amount that you like and then sell it.need a good time and good also in doing a good transaction.

I would say yes thats true, holding for half a year or longer will be rewarding. But on the other hand I have to disagree with the shortterm gains, because as we have witnessed for the last months/ weeks, there were huge shortterm gains, so I think BTC can still bring good shortterm gains. But nobody can predict the market, neighter you, nor me.
actually, according to this situation, it's hard to say we should buy BTC or not because everybody in this business has that dought, now it's up to you to think. good luck 
BTC is always at all time highs. Anytime is a good time to buy. Just don't invest more than you can afford to lose.
If this topic is just open today. I would say, this is the great time to buy bitcoin and hold it for half of month because the price now very good for investors. According to some comment above, I still have believe in BTC for many good reasons, so I buy all at 5650 and hope get a good profit from that. Cheer!

That’s so true. Bitcoin is the only currency which is worth buying no matter what the time or amount is because just by simply holding it in your wallet, you are going to make big amount in few months. For short term profits, you should better do trading with altcoins but if you want something big then patience is the only key to get it and that’s what bitcoin simply demands from you. 
Price of bitcoin is very high right now but still its an good investment to make as price is increasing now and it may go very high in next year so even if you buy now and hold it for some months then you would be in a good position of making higher profits as higher demand of bitcoins will contribute in taking price very higher constantly in future.

Try buying before the splitting or the forking of bitcoins. Ever since the first fork, I noticed that bitcoin will go down before it, and will eventually moon afterwards. So, I believe that there is a fork in mid Nov, feel free to buy BTC at that time.
It is a good way to wait until the bitcoin price dump or decrease just enough for you to buy more bitcoin. Becasue as soon as you buy bitcoin when its price dump or its value decrease it give you more possibilities ot earn and to have profit for the future.
It is normal for people to purchase anything at a lower price than to sell a higher price. So buying anything depends on individual will. In my opinion, since Bitcoin's price is increasing gradually, yet it is still good to do.
I think that really a good time to buy was a few years ago. But Bitcoin keeps growing, and it's never too late to invest. Hurry up! Because this is a great long-term investment. It is better to do it now while the price is not very high.

Well i guess that this is the time to buy bitcoin. Because of good performance in increasing its price and rate and there are many investing sites that are quite legit right now, i assure you that if you buy bitcoin now and you've invest it, You'll gain and have a lots of money. I guess that bitcoin can be $10,000 in value at any time because of it's performance in rating.
A wise approach as of today is to buy eutherium because its price is rising constantly for the past week due to introduction of new tool which enabled crypto-currency to identify which crypto transactions are highest and guess what eutherium stand tall with 50% and all other crypto including constituting the remaining 50%. So decide wisely.
What is good time to buy? What profit are you targeting? Something like 10000000% same as what early adopters earned. If yes, then no it isn't the right time and that right time won't come. Why people invest? To earn returns. If you think that this isn't the right time that means you think Bitcoin will depreciate now and won't recover, otherwise you wouldn't have doubted profitability.
