Yes, of course, if I'm going to choose to invest into Altcoins today or tomorrow or next week then I'm gonna choose today while I still have enough funds in my stash so I could get more profits in the future. So today is the best day of investing Altcoins, not tomorrow or not next year.
Take advantage of the holiday season and a bearish market.
With the year ending, it is perfect to altcoins now because next year will be a full blast. A lot of people will be rushing into cryptocurrency in the early of 2018 and this might affect the price. So now is the perfect time to buy with a lower price. Hopefully, by next year, a lot of good coins will start payoff including Ethereum. Mind you, bitcoin is not left out to. The price you are seeing now is not going to be it end but its just the beginning.
I have rules on my w3ekly trading. I only buy coin with strong fundamental project and usecase when its red. And always buy when bitcoin stable or bitcoin down then i will wait for at least two days to judge which coin will goes up in that week or month. Yes.. now is time to buy altcoin and seems like all alt coin going up especially ripple and stellar.
All altcoins in crypto currency industry are good to buy everytime, but they were need to choose the alternative coins who gives high percentage of income in the future. For me this coming 2018, I suggest to buy ethereum, stratis, neo, bitcoin cash and bitcoin gold. Because the potential of this coin are limitless.
Yup, altseason just started. the perfect entry has been the dip around christmas. Nearly every altcoin will multiplify it´s price till august, you just have to pick the ones with higher potential.

In my opinion, now is the time to buy all the coins. Crypto coins have entered the market, more and more people are learning about them. Previously, they did not know about crypto coins. More investment contributes to the growth and strengthening of crypto coins.
In my opinion one of the things you are going to regret from doing that is how to keep track of all your investments and how to adjust your portfolio when the price of alts change, the fees are going to be a nightmare as well and when you take into consideration that most alts fail as well, you are increasing the chances of losing money in almost an exponential way. 
well, lots of altcoin prices are down at the moment. try to look at potential coins such as xrp, xlm, or others. I think, the coin has the potential to have a high price in the future. but, everyone has their own altcoin options.
Was definitely a good time to buy alts just less than a week ago when Bitcoin shed off 40%. I wish I took the time to add on a bit to my existing holdings, but never mind. As I mentioned earlier I already broke even +1% profit on two coins (Digibyte and Siacoin) so whatever I have left I never need to look back and worry.
Now Bitcoin is back at $15k levels. Either it goes back down as I think it will, then you get yet another alt buy opportunity. Or if does not look back, in which case alts you buy now look attractive but will go even further down in value until the next BTC dip, which may take months.

Buy altcoins when you feel like the amount is enough for you because if you keep on waiting for the dump or its lowest price then you are waiting for like forever. I've been in the same situation and kept on waiting for the lowest price it could ever achieve but ended up waiting for nothing because when it did dip down it skyrocketed back again and it was late for me to buy them for its lowest amount. Just set yourself a goal and set the buy order in advance and wait if your buy order had been a success.

Its good if you find a timing that there is a big dump in an altcoin. Good time for buying altcoin is really hard to determine, nobody can tell you that. Just believe in yourself and decide if you think that the value of coin of your choice will increase.
Yeah, I agree. because the current altcoin is experiencing a decrease in prices and after that of course altcoin will be returned. If smart took the opportunity, of course, this will generate a huge profit.

As you have said, coins are now stable and if you going for a long term investment then it is the right time to buy alts

I think that the key here is to diversify. By holding both bitcoin and some quality alt coins you spread out the risk of loss. Perhaps this strategy will lower the potential gains as well, but that's part of diversification.
As far as I am concerned, privacy coins will become more and more important. It doesnt really matter whether you buy your privacy coins today or tomorrow, since they will probably skyrocket next year. One of the more promising project is Spectrecoin. Very good tech (TOR + SBF4, stealth addresses, very fast with low power consumption), very good devs and community and still a very low marketcap. read about it, buy some now, and you will be thanking me later

I'm sure everyone understands that 2018 will be the year of alternative crypto currency, and now it's time to buy promising coins..Analyzing many other projects on such criteria as the total number of coins, work in the community, self-financing, technology, and, after seeing how the developer works, I made a choice.

I think this is the most dangerous time to buy anything. Because a lot of government interesting to join the blockchain or make the own coin, a lot of rich people are interesting in the same time, because of that the market is like a roller coaster. I think bitcoin is still the most trustable one.
