For me, there is no such thing as good time because if you have money to buy bitcoin and if you are willing to buy bitcoin you must buy. But if you are asking if it is the good time, for me it is the good time to buy bitcoin because the price is low. Just have patience and wait for the time that the price will become high and sell your bitcoin.

yes it is the best time to buy bitcoin. The value of bitcoin now is still in recovering stage and that is an advantage for some beginners in bitcoin. when they the btc just wait for the increasing it's value again.

I think although bitcoin is dump to 11000$ we can say that its price will continuously falls down, so I think at this time and in following weeks try to buy some bitcoin and Start to hold your bitcoin in your bitcoin wallet, we can feel the dump of bitcoin in the market but after some several months, bitcoin will rise again.

It actually decreased more now. It's around $8,000 now and it's trailing from there. It doesn't go up nor down. But I'm guessing that today is a good time to buy bitcoins because a lot of people are still panic selling their bitcoins. Just go ahead and wait for people to sell it off for cheap.
