The window to buy and own bitcoin is still OK for now but a great window was as at yesterday when it dipped to around 9000$. You can still come in now but I think another dip is around the corner; say next month.

For me theres no good times to buy bitcoin its depends of you if you like to buy bitcoin because we know bitcoin is really good for investment and we know in the coming years bitcoin will be expensive.now a day if you monatoring the value price of bitcoin this is the right time if you ask me because the value of bitcoin is so very low price and if you purchase a bitcoins now i sure if the bitcoin will rise again you can get a great profit.

Well it depends on how you view it as profitable, because some people couldn't control their emotions specially when it comes to holding bitcoin during volatile times of its price value. But if you were having more patience, the profit in the future might surprise you when you buy btc now while it's having lower value and it has a forecast that next week is another bounce for the price to pump up.

As long as you feel it would be the best time to buy then dont wait another surge to buy your stock. Since bitcoin price is unpredictable and can hit you anytime, buy bitcoin in your hearts content because the price now is acceptable in term of buying.

Each negative regulation annoucement that goverments do would decrease market cap for a few days at least. Then with time, it would recover. Buying bitcoin seems risky for a while and using it is costly because of network fee.

Don't agree with you on that one. Even though there are more and more cryptocurrencies every day, bitcoin will always be king (at least until the hard cap is reached). This is due to the fact that bitcoin is the original decentralized cryptocurrency and makes the largest chunk of any crypto in the mainstream media. Whenever a newbie comes, they always buy bitcoin before even touching an altcoin.
