Ethereum's decrease isn't because of high gas costs. At present the market is draining on the grounds that Bitcoin is encountering an enormous unloading impact on altcoins. I think this is more on DeFi publicity settling down and that over the top gas charge. It is likewise conceivable that purchaser of ETH months prior is shorting, taking benefit and moving it to other blockchain ventures.

today ethereum is down more than 15%. I wonder why this happened. is it possible because of the high cost of GAS? or for some other reason. I didn't find any news that caused the situation to turn out badly like this. this happened suddenly, is it safe, Will ethereum go back to $400?

for now i don't see any reason for ethereum to going down more my friend, maybe the down is only a while because of profit taking actions
soon we will see ethereum rise and grow more than $400

Eth is just waiting for the upgrade to price go crazy, wait a little mo0re for some official announcements, ETH 2.0 Means, price go up, profit.,

Waiting for the price to rise a bit and cross 400$ . Its being a long now where not seen it in 400$ range and currently it is at 380$. If btc continues to rise, then sure we will see ETH also to keep moving upwards and hoping this year ends with above 500$ atleast for ETH.

Holding ethereum is somewhat brilliant thought generally. I've been with bitcoin and ethereum for some time. they're both a safe bet, but I prefer ethereum more due to it being chaeper that makes it more achievable. In Ethereum we can put our trust because ETH can gain 500$ and significantly more.

if there's a high cost in gas , people will not transact and price should shoot up but people are also selling all thier eth and never came back because they are scared that this issue will never be fixed and that's the cause of the slump of the price . you didn't find news are you sure ? 15 percent drop for a major coin is a major scoop for a news but what your doing ( posting this thread ) is simillar to a news  . Your making your own if others are not productive  to make it

I don't figure it will influence Ethereum even all the altcoins. So implies it's not absolutely in light of the fact that there is an issue with Ethereum. ETH is a top altcoins than filled in cost again whenever particularly on the off chance that they will delivered the Ethereum 2.0 we're certain when will it occur as well as what's going on in the market.

The market is unstable and maybe it is the reason for the price decreasing, but if we are talking about we realize that ETH is just around 400$ and no doubt this price will be higher than the current price. One more reason can be that gas is also expensive and cause of that people are not interested in performing with ETH. Maybe this makes also ETH price getting down. On the other hand, if we want to choose any coin for investing, it should be ETH. That is why ETH is one of the best altcoins which can get up easily. In my opinion, there is nothing to worry about ETH, this coin has always been profitable as expected.

I have added some few amount when the fall of %15 happen and i hope you did the same thing also.
It is the smartest thing any investor should do when you see a correction, the market is expected to rally next year and all the top coins will rally along with it and everyone should take that into consideration whenever there is a correction, if the price of ETH was able to touch $400 before the big rally then we will see those valuation yet again.

Worry about nothing when EThereum is falling that bad instead take this advantage to buy and accumulate more.
it is a chances we must take since we are all at risk in this market.our goal here is to invest and believe this investment to be in future profiteering and not for short time.

I agree, anyone thinking that the decrease in the price of some of the major coins has to do with the fees does not really understand how markets work, an increase in the fees indicates there is a heavy interest in making transactions on the network and at least for now that means an increase in the price, the price of an asset simply goes down when the supply exceeds the demand or when the demand goes down, the DeFi market which is behind the most recent growth is losing strength and this also means a decrease on the demand making the price to go down as people consolidate their profits or they panic because of it.

Actually, this is true. As Ethereum hodler, I would say that it does not matter if ETH is slightly up or down. I trust ETH, and I am sure that it will stay the 2nd one (after BTC) most important cryptocurrency. It is also the best alt for various crypto exchanges.
and this is what is our attitude in the currency we invested to trust them from ups and down.

The problem with some investors is once their coins starting to slowly falling what they do is added to the panic and sell in which makes the currency more lower in value.
Stay trusting and strong because it will go up maybe in not short time yet it will.

Mainly, this certain cases about gas was the huge impact with ethereum to go down because of higher transaction cost which is gas fee. If there's no changes that will be made on this current situation, I don't think $400 per eth will be easier to reach because most holders and traders prefers optimal transaction cost rather than spending much.
Possible to see it go back there. But I don't think that it's due to the fees why there's a sudden dump that we've seen. It's not just for Ethereum but also for bitcoin.
There's correlation for the two big cryptos and one reason are those people who took profits from their defi, uni and other projects where they've invested sums of money.

Majority of the quotes relate fall in the ethereum along with the gas cost rise. This doesn't look to be right in my view, because there is similar pattern of market variation in the past. By that time there'll transaction congestion and most of the ethereum get transacted in exchange for XRP, EOS and other transaction fees free assets.

It was two bad news are was feed in the crypto market. Now the price of Eth was reduced tremendously with increase in the gas fee.Now we should hold and analysis the market carefully with some trading tactics. You can't believe it ,sometimes the miracle will happen in the market. We can win at that time by holding your coin.

Looking at the atmosphere  of the last 2 months, where the DeFi system came in the middle of the crypto business, then I believe will be the success of the project and the good price of altcoin in the market. ETH and BTC prices that greatly affect the conditions of market participants in making decisions.
We all hope that this defi system can lift and encourage an increase in eth and bitcoin prices in the market, of course every positive aspect that affects the movement of bitcoin will automatically make some altcoins below it also experience movement and also hope that eth prices will also be able to experience price increases again in the near future because I see that in recent days it looks like eth is in a good trend condition although there seems to be a bit of resistance on the eth price chart.

Decreasing of ethereum's price has nothing to do with Gas price of the market. It is normal that ethereum fluctuates and also goes down it's price, not only going for a riaing price activity. But i think if ethereum would continue to fell down it's price, the Gas fee could go back to normal again.
