Without referrals it's hard and hardwork to earn 1 million satoshi, because most of the faucets gives from 100 to 1000 satoshis and it requires at least 1000 faucets a day and at least 1000 captchas to solve which is not good for our brain.

Some faucet give really big prices with %1 or %0,1 percent
if you are lucky you will catch them..
The answer is a big no. I'll make a math, if a certain faucet pays 500 satoshis an hour, it means you'll get 12000 satoshis in 24 hours so you'll need at least 84 faucets to make at least 0.01 BTC in a day. Do you think you can do it for straight 24 hours? Take note that not all faucets pay 500 satoshis, some are less than it. Also no one can work on faucet for 24 hours. Its impossible right now unless done by a bot
